How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I take a two headed approach of working out and diet. I custom tailor every workout to each clients goals to ensure we are working towards your goal. We will also work together to find ways to make fitness a fun part of life. In terms of diet I provide advice and guidance on what to eat and when.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Making it part of your lifestyle. Dieting is usually a fad and body targeted workouts never work. I work to help you find ways to make fitness a part of your life and something you enjoy, not a dreadful part of the day.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people achieve their goals! I love to see people build confidence and feel more comfortable with themselves over time. I also really enjoy empowering people to push themselves past barriers they previously thought impossible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working a number of other gyms and locations I got sick of being told that I had to limit time or see more clients when I felt I needed longer to help someone. All the big chains cared about was money, I wanted to start something where I could control my schedule and really help people in the best way possible.
Why should our clients choose you?
In addition to being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist I also have my Doctorate in Physical Therapy with a board certification in Orthopedics. This allows me to mix fitness training with injury prevention and treatment all in one package. I am also certified in dry needling and can provide that for a small fee.

Physical Therapy
This is your starting point back to healing! A doctor of physical therapy will spend an hour one-on-one with you to thoroughly evaluate and figure out the root of your issue. We will then work to build you a customized program and return you back to doing what you love!
