I called Alpine Floral because of the reviews on yelp and I was extremely satisfied with their customer service. I was looking for a special angel to place in a floral arrangement for a funeral and the nice lady on the phone took pictures of some angels they had in their store and texted them to me within 10 minutes of speaking to her. Just want to give a huge shout out to the amazing ladies at Alpine Floral. Tried to go else where for 2 courage and a boutiner for a daddy daughter dance. Made the mistake of going with someone who does it as a side job dispute her pictures of other work which looked beautiful. I picked them up the day of the dance just hours before and she had hot glued the flowers on. Basically killing them. I showed up to Alpine floral almost in tears from paying for the other ones(the bag was frosted from being in the fridge so I couldn't the ell how bad they were) and my daughter's being disappointed and they were swamped and had no extra on hand. They went above and beyond and made me new flowers(which were gorgeous) for my husband and daughters with out breaking the bank and my girls were beyond excited with them to the point they wanted to put them in the fridge when they got home to try and save them a little longer. I will never go anywhere else. They have a customer for life!!! More...
