I truly love Hypnosis and the benefits! I take my time with the client and tailor each session to them , often adding EFT , reiki , Essential Oils , Therapeutic Imagery & Progressive Relaxation to my sessions to assist the body in homeostasis ( balance), and always working to add more to the process . I merely assist my clients to create their own balance .

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have owned my own business for 22 years , previously as a Massage Therapist; I was looking for a change and a friend suggested Hypnosis . It has helped me so much with sleep problems that i just want to share this gift with others.

Yes, i have a zoom room for those that do not or cannot come in person. I wiil give details upon booking if applicable.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I disinfect after each client and offer remote sessions.
