I believe there is no such thing as a cookie-cutter approach to fitness; so with me, every service I offer is 100% unique and tailored to every individual client. Because of this, I highly recommend booking a FREE consultation with me first so we can identify what it is you're looking for.

The consultation consists of the following:

- Goals Assessment
- Health Assessment
- Education on the 5 Components of Fitness Success
- A Structural Integrity Assessment (Postural Analysis)
- V02 Max (Cardio Assessment)
- Body Fat Analysis
- Nutritional Analysis

After the consultation is accomplished, we can then move forward with placing you and/or your team into a custom-tailored and progressive fitness and nutrition program, this is also when we will go over any costs and time commitments associated with the program.

It's nearly impossible to properly give you an idea of how long our program will last, how much it will cost, and our plan of action without fully accomplishing a FREE consultation.

From a mental perspective, patience, education, and discipline are the most important. From a physical perspective, implementing the 5 components of fitness allow individuals to see long and sustainable results.

During my high school years, I developed a passion for fitness. I played sports, but I only had mild successes on the field. Fitness was something that I could claim as my own and truly enjoyed it. Growing up I had been a student-athlete, I played a variety of different sports from Rugby to Football, Soccer to Softball, and a little Hockey. Football is where I found the most joy and success, I played football all the way through college and sightly beyond, that is until I got injured. I had torn my rotation cuff (shoulder) during a football game in College, effectively ending my college football career and driving me into a mild depression. That's where my physique took a major turn for the worse.

Due to inactivity, developing terrible eating habits, and having slight depression, my body weight climbed all the way up to 311lbs! I had gained 80lbs and I was miserable. During this time, I was going to school for nutritional science and I was really trying to break into the fitness industry as a personal trainer. I knew if I didn't make some serious changes fast, nobody would take me seriously and my fitness career that hadn't even started yet would be over. I desperately needed a change and tried to get started but my procrastination, self-loathing, and multitude of excuses prevented me from seeing the success I needed to lose my ego and get some help, so that's what I did. I put my ego to the side and I hired a Personal Trainer. I knew that I needed someone to motivate me, push me and give me an outside perspective as to what I truly should be doing.

It was a long process, I met with my trainer 3 times a week for 14 months straight. He modified my eating and workout routine on a weekly basis, gave me proper guidance when I thought I knew better, and most importantly became someone that I could go to and call a friend. After 14 months I had lost the 80lbs I gained and then some! My injury had healed and I was back to my old self again and FINALLY training clients of my very own. I went on to having a 15-year fitness career that brought me to 7 different states and holding a variety of different positions, all the way up to owning my own fitness business.

I offer a tailored fitness solution for you and not something cookie cutter.

Also, education is key! I'm always sure I'm showing you the "why" behind the "what."

Everything is very individualized and tailored specifically to each client. I offer virtual coaching and on occasion in-person training. While the majority of my coaching is virtual, I offer live one-on-one coaching in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota at a personal training studio.

During the heart of the covid pandemic, I moved my clients to 100% remote coaching and they saw great success! Now that we're returning to some normalcy, I once again offer in-person coaching.

Services

I offer live one-on-one coaching in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota at a personal training studio.

In regard to in-person one-on-one coaching, if I was to give a range, it would be between $45 – $70 Per Session depending on: how many sessions a week, what services you need, how long you want to work together… etc. Again we will be able to determine all of those things during our FREE consultation.

In-Person Coaching Receives:
- Weekly progressive training program
- Weekly nutrition coaching
- Physical one-on-one personal training

Everything is very individualized and tailored specifically to each client. I offer virtual coaching Virtual coaching is extremely tailored, so pricing is very hard to determine without completing a needs and wants consultation first.

Again we will be able to determine all of those things during our FREE consultation.

Virtual Coaching Receives:

- Weekly training program through the alpha fitness coaching app with videos and directions
- Weekly nutrition coaching and meal plans
-Daily and Weekly Checkins
