What do you love most about your job?
We are passionate and caring individuals that enjoys living life to its fullest capacity. We live to serve other whom may struggle with gaining a quality of life that they desire. The lack of coping skill and behavior management skill that cause major issues are our specialty. We help individuals find their light through the darkness.
Dr. Norman (founder) believes in staying upon research and knowledge on his specialties so he brings the most current treatment approaches to the individuals he works with. Dr. Norman ensures that he provides treatment as per the protocol of the treatment model proven to work as per the most updated research. Dr. Norman believes that individuals that he works with deserve the chance to meet their goals, which means respecting the research on the best practices guidelines and following through with what works per the individualized treatment plan.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There is a significant level of need throughout the world for mental health care providers. Lack of professionals leads to many individuals that need mental health service not able to receive them. In any cases individuals are put on waiting list or unable to find a psychologist that they are comfortable working with. If you as the patient are not comfortable with your psychologist chances are the treatment will not be affective. If is important that psychology services are available to everyone.
