I hired Alondra for 90 minutes at a youth event for $275 on Nov 5th. She asked to pay in full by zelle after her time was up.
It took 9 days for her to send the photos which she hadn't advised upfront. Alondra sent me the file as is, no edit, no crop, no light. The photos were very dark compared to ones taken by the smartphones that were sent to me from friends and family. She did not take photo of the main person of the party. If you're a professional photographer, how could you miss the headshot of the main person and his/her family? During the event, I could see she's very amateur, yet to NO eye for photos. She shot at where I asked her to shoot. The display, the decor, the main person of the party, those are the matter of course but she missed them.
Alondra appeared not only unprofessional in her field but bad in customer service. Had she been honest that she was new in this business so she charged less and she provided excellent c.s to make up for her shortfall, I wouldn't mind compromising with her; unfortunately she was absolutely disappointing.
I would not recommend Alondra_photography.
