Christina is one of the best massage therapist I’ve had. She’s puts me at ease with both her knowledge and skill. Before the session, she asks detailed questions to pinpoint the exact muscle group to focus on; during the session, she works out all the knots and the reasons for them; then after the session, she spends additional time explaining which stretches to do for lasting results. Christina was awesome!! Called on a Sunday afternoon and was very nice and made room for me that same day. She took the time to ask exactly what I needed and her hands were like magic. I arrived with shoulder pain and once she worked on me it was relieved! She also worked on my lower back noticing tightness I didn’t even know I had. I visited Christine for my first time after seeing her FB page and being recommended by a colleague. She is very kind, concerned and professional.
