We had been calling around for a whit rosebud boutinere for my fiance for our wedding. Not only were they anle to make one in almost no time but the center of the bud was a hint of pink which matched my bouquet.

It was the day before my granddaughter's 10th birthday, and, being from Florida, I knew I was in trouble getting her a present on time. Then I decided a nice bouquet of flowers might do the trick, so I googled florists in the Almaden area. Almaden Valley Florists received 5 stars and favorable reviews, so I gave them a call. I got Trinh on the phone who suggested a "dog" arrangement for her. I was skeptical, so she thoughtfully texted me a photo. It was adorable! They recently changed owners last year and have great customer service now! I ordered flowers from them for a funeral and they turned out beautiful. Almaden Florist even talked to the funeral place the flowers were to be sent to, to see what time frame the flowers could be delivered there. I was very pleased with service and flower arrangement for my wife on our anniversary.  I called and then emailed Almaden Valley Florist directly day before with address info. !!!  You can find email contact on website under contact infoI spoke to the florist about what I wanted a little customization and was impressed by the great arrangement and reasonable price.   Flowers were delivered on time we discussed and even came with anniversary balloon.. nice..Again recommend going directly to website and then talking to Almaden florist directly and will definitely use them again.Thank you Almaden Valley Florist!!! It's important to give credit where it's due. We needed a floral arrangement on a Sunday. I called ahead to place an order requesting it to be made in pinks and yellows and gave the amount I wanted to spend. 20 mins later I picked up the arrangement. I have been able to rely on this florist for the past two years to send beautiful bouquets to my mother. I live 400 miles away and each time I have called, I've received prompt service. The person who answers is able to fulfill my order surpassing my expectations. My mother has enjoyed all of the flower arrangements she has received. My mother also takes pictures of the arrangements (4 to date) and texts them to me and I am very happy to see that she has been sent such gorgeous flowers! I will continue to use them in the future. I had a bouquet of flowers delivered to me for my birthday last week. The arrangement I received was so beautiful and one of my favorites I have ever seen. They flowers were all fresh and bloomed so nicely to the perfect size. The arrangement still looks just as beautiful a week later as it did on the first day I got it. There was supposed to have been a balloon on the arrangement but even though I would have never known that it was supposed to be attached, the owner still came out of her way to bring it to me later that day. That was when I had the chance to meet her and she was such a sweet woman that I adored after only talking with for a few minutes. I appreciate the professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction that they showed. I am extremely happy with my experience here. I often go to this shopping center for Charlie's cheesecake poppers or a frozen yogurt, but recently decided to try out the little florist shop for a thanksgiving bouquet. The owner, Christina,  told me she recently bought this shop just a few months ago. She was very friendly and eager to please. She asked me exactly what I wanted. Anyway, when I went to pick up the bouquet it was ready for me and I was surprised how big and beautiful it was. I thought it was definitely worth the price I paid. It had a variety of flowers arranged very beautifully in the vase. The best part is that the flowers are so fresh, new flowers are continuing to bud daily. I recommend this florist if you are looking for good service, reasonably priced, beautiful and fresh flowers! More...

I have used AVF three times for arrangements - a wake, a funeral and a memorial service.  All three times I was distraught and did not have time to plan ahead or go into the shop to select the arrangement. When I ordered over the phone,  I told the florist that I did not care about the types of flowers, but that I wanted something beautiful, and that I wanted an additional piece with more of a tropical theme.  The arrangements that were delivered were gorgeous.  I still have them stored and dried in my home.  The pieces were 2 standing crosses, 1 wreath and multiple basket arrangements.  Furthermore, the flowers were delivered on time, and others were picked up in the store because of my last minute order.  I'm not sure what others get by ordered an arrangement online, but I am planning on using AVF for my wedding.  The florist seems to understand what I want and they are very inexpensive.  She even took my payment over the phone.  I have never received such hassle free treatment before.  I'm sorry the previous poster had a bad experience with AVF.  I do like them, but again, they helped me during a time of need and everything turned out beautifully.
