I own a mechanic shop used this car rental for a few times. they have all type of cars, When I return the car after 12 days, they gave me back the middle point option cost since I returned with the same level of gas. As soon as All State checkup was finished, my $200 deposit was refunded. This All State rental is trust able. I Thank you to the all state car rental staffs with all these smoothness. My experience was pleasant. Thankfully We had a family vacation when me and my family arrived we were able to rent a minivan nice and clean Toyota Sienna without any hassle. Outstanding customer treatment, very good selection of cars and fast "no waiting" which make All State car rental my top choice at LAX. Hint: excellent pricing, Return was super easy as well, just drove in, unloaded luggage and ourselves, got the receipt and went our way. I will always rent with All States Car Rental from now on. They are very easy and accommodating, check-out efficiency, vehicle selection, and friendly, I flew from Texas to LAX and had another rental waiting at Enterprise. .. however when I got to Enterprise I stood in line for 35 minutes only to find they wouldn't rent on my debit (I don't have a credit card). Then they refused to drive me back to the airport because I didn't rent with them. We saw All States Car Rental next door, we were frustrated, tired. The people at AllStates Car rental were super accommodating, and got us in and out in under 10 minutes. It totally turned our day around. Excellent service I got from Jay. this place has quality employees and main thing they are honest. Excellent service. So happy to give them 5stars. Car was ready the service agent walk us out to our car and gave us directions. I find that this local business around the airport have much better customer service than at the larger rental car company. This is the worst business place I've ever had to deal with. The staff members cheat and lie, especially the manager, Jay. They first lied about the price. Then I recently received an email concerning a toll violation that incurred on one of the freeways that I was on. I called up the Metro immediately to try to handle the situation. Metro told me that I can't even fight the violation because the rental car company already used my credit card on file to pay for the fee. Metro told me that the rental company is required to give them information such as my address so that they can mail me the violation, but instead they had made the decision for me to pay the violation without my consent. I had to file a complaint with the BBB as a result of their dishonest and bold behavior. The manager, Jay was beyond rude and even screamed at me over the phone when I addressed this matter with him. Last words - DON'T do business with this company!!!I'm writing this to retract my previous reviews of the company. There was a misunderstanding and miscommunication. After my conversation with Jay, things were cleared up. He was quick to resolve the misunderstanding. He was very kind in offering me the newer car and took care of the situation. almost every summer, I go to California, and every time I go I rent from Global all states car rental and we are staying at the La Quinta Inn. where they are located, I believe Global All States C R have the best prices and customer service out there. I can't explain how amazing the customer service is. last time we were on a shuttle to go back to LAX Airport and I left my phone in the rental car. my BF called them from the airport and they brought my telephone to me very quick, that experience alone will make me a loyal customer. so it was a great experience and ended our vacation perfectly. also got a best prices for Ford Mustang GT convertible car! This was a great place to rent from. Right next door to the Radisson. Landed at LAX, caught the Radisson shuttle, the check in for the car went very smooth, the desk person was very polite, no hard sells on insurance or anything. Yes, the car had 35,000 miles on it but it was still a newer model and we were very happy with it. Turned it in after office hours, just parked it and dropped the keys in the slot.
