I'm sorry but i was a little disappointed. I paid $1000 to get a Mercedes Sprinter van to fit my son and 12 of his friends for Senior Prom. I had everything confirmed but the day of the prom i received a call that they couldn't accommodate my request and would be sending 2 smaller SUVs instead. I said i'm fine with that as long as it holds 13 people which is what i paid for. They said that wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, it was a problem and 1 boy had to sit on the floor due to lack of space. They did however send a bigger car for the ride home so that everyone did have a seat going home. For the amount of money i paid, seeting should not have been an issue! More...

The limo was really nice. However, I was promised ice and water and it wasn't there. But the driver, Julian, apologized and offered to get some. On the return home, we had plenty of ice and water.
