4 years ago I was a couple months into CrossFit when I begun to develop sharp knee pain when doing lunges and squats. It got so bad that I left the class and basically “gave up” on fitness. This past year, I decided to pursue an athletic goal that would force me to address this issue and get myself off the couch. I only needed a couple months of PT to pull my kneecap back into alignment. After getting to about 80% mobility from PT, I needed to begin building up more strength. I couldn’t afford a personal trainer, but found Alloy. I’ll admit that I wasn’t mentally prepared for the cost - it’s less than a personal trainer but more than my CrossFit classes, but it’s highly personalized 1:1 attention in small group setting - exactly what I needed in order to push myself and stay consistent. I’m usually sharing a coach with only 1 other person - sometimes 2. I’m only 7 sessions in, getting some great results, and really look forward to going every other day. I never thought I’d actually enjoy working out. Everyone on the staff is awesome and it’s a the highlight of my day. More...

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
There is nothing more important than keeping our clients safe. We will never have more than 12 clients in the facility at 1 time. We clean all equipment after each use and social distance where we can.
