Hey, far east valley, especially Mesa and Apache Junction. Allison's bbq is the place to enjoy some great food. The chopped brisket is tender and flavorful. I love the pulled pork. My daughter absolutely loves the corn souffle. I tried it and the corn souffle is moist and very delicious. They have several other sides to choose from like potato salad. Love coming to Allisons BBQ, the brisket is so juicy and tender. The corn soufflé is TO DIE FOR. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves true Texas BBQ.

My family & I came in on Saturday night at around 6:45 PM. They had a lot of business, but were quick to take our orders. The customer service was great ! My husband and I shared a Big Tex with pulled pork, brisket & ribs. The pulled pork was very moist, as well as the brisket which was also very tender. The ribs were tender as well with just the right amount of seasoning. We ordered corn soufflé and beans as the sides. The corn soufflé was very fluffy and moist, definitely recommended trying it! The pulled pork was the softest and most delicious I remember having in forever, and the sweet sause that came with it was amazing and I appreciated that it came on the side and not alreasy on top of the meat. Holy smokes!! Pun intended! I had no idea this place was here but drive by and the smells pulled me in and I'm so so glad I did. I got a 3 meat with the pulled pork, sausage, and sliced brisket. I also got corn souffle and pit beans. Boy oh boy was it worth it! The meat was all very tender, smokey, and funk of individual flavor. The souffle was to die for and will get me back just for that! They catered our backyard bbq and it was excellent! We had brisket, pulled pork and sausage, and all three were tender and delicious. Shredded brisket was so tender and flavourful and the pulled pork was just as yummy. When I read the reviews for the corn souffle, I knew we had to try it. OMG. Seriously the best. I would go here just for the side dish. The crew was friendly, place was clean, not much to look at but the surroundings aren't what we wanted, we wanted BBQ. I would have loved to given 5-stars but...(there is always a but...) the coleslaw was just awful. The slaw was definitely from a bag and the dressing had an oily and sour taste. Blah. First off the staff is beyond friendly, they are so incredibly nice I would probably trust them with my debit card! Secondly they know their menu very well and take pride in their work! Cornbread souffle is AMAZING! Buttermilk pie is OUT OF THIS WORLD! (we bought a whole pie to-go!) My wife and I got the 2 meat sampler which comes with two sides. We both got sliced brisket and pulled pork and cornbread souffle and baked beans. The meat is sooooo tender and delicious. There's three sauces to choose from at the table: spicy, sassy and sweet. Spicy was our favorite. The beans have a nice kick to them without any sauce needed. Each plate comes with pickles and fresh red onion and two pieces of Texas toast. You're not going to find better BBQ for the price anywhere and you can smell the place a block away. You'll know you're close when your mouth starts watering. We highly recommend this place.
