Welcome!
My name is Allison Thaler
I am a Mental Health Counselor LP and Certified Life and Health Coach.
We all want to feel good. Even great. Free from what makes us feel stuck. Sometimes we don’t though. We can struggle to get through our day. For a short time or what feels like forever.
We try to feel better in whatever ways we can.
But feeling better isn’t always getting better or more so, staying better, and being able to navigate what life hands us.
My philosophy is very goal oriented. It is for you to be empowered with solutions that you take with you. So that you can decide how you react or feel, not the situation.
Using evidence based approaches and collaboration, we will develop constructive ways to relate to stressful events or emotions so you can have the freedom and space to feel like you want to feel now. And to give you the knowledge and tools to positively address challenges as you move through life.
