Great customer service. Always someone is there to answer the phone calls. Nice buses. However, we requested a party bus with a dancing pole and got confirmation from Jeff and another lady but on the day of, the bus doesn't have one. The driver was very nice and professional. I recently attended the Taylor Swift concert in Dallas and 4 days before I decided to get a car service instead of dealing with ride share. Even though it was last minute Jeff was able to accommodate me with a car and the price was more reasonable than the other 8 companies I had called previously. Alliance is farther in on the google links (maybe 6 or 7) so they don't come up as quickly as the other companies but I urge you to use them as they are so great to deal with. Our driver, Treasure, was a first timer to the stadium but had no trouble getting us there and communicated easily afterwards to find him at our designated pick up spot. He was a great driver and highly recommend him as well. If I am ever in Dallas again, I will definitely use Alliance Limousine. More...

Hands down the best party bus experience I have been a part of. It honestly was a pleasure working with Alliance. Jeff allowed me to come see the party bus weeks in advance so I could see exactly what I was getting for the bus day. The driver was very professional and friendly and made the experience even better. I rented the bus for 5 hours and Alliance was kind enough to give me an extra hour for free! Had a very pleasant experience with Jeff the owner. The company arrived on time and driver was very professional. We are located in Lavon but he he was one of the only companies that returned our call and made it happen on short notice. Highly recommended to anyone in nearby cities. Â The first time was for my sister's 30th birthday; this time was for my sister-in-law's bachelorette party.Jeff handled our reservation and it was a quick and easy process. Â The driver who was to pick us up was running late and Najia contacted me to let me know and she was able to send another driver (Luis) to save our party.
