The plant that I ordered was exactly like the picture on their website and arrived in perfect time, with its balloon that was very appreciated! I set up an appointment with Harry to order centerpieces for my 50th birthday party. Harry made a mock-up of the arrangement using the flowers and colors I was interested in. We agreed on the final piece and he assured me the final arrangements would be even better. Harry wasn't kidding! The arrangements exceeded my expectations. They were absolutely gorgeous! The variety of flowers, colors and details was incredible, and all for $40 an arrangement. The delivery was scheduled for Sunday morning and all 7 arrangements were delivered right on time. Revised review: 4-star: Owner personally delivered rest of paid order the next day that was not delivered with original $200 order. Owner recognized quality issue of tulips and replaced order with comparable product. As a consumer, the follow up by owner was appreciated and professional. We revised our review accordingly. Came in with a budget and need a get well arrangement for a good friend. I picked out a tiny bouquet of mini orange roses for $7, a small vase for $3/$4 and had one of the florists add some fluff to make it look pretty for an extra $3. 50. You know how you order a flower arrangement off of a photo and it looks so incredible and almost magical? That might be just me because flowers are my favorite thing! Anyway, so you order the flowers assuming they're going to be as close to the picture as possible - and when you get them and they're not. That did NOT happen here! You can not imagine how many different companies or services I've used in the past that have been a COMPLETE let down.I honestly can't wait to use Allen's again and I'm going to tell EVERYONE I know that they're the only place to have the flowers you ordered be the flowers that are delivered. WOW!! I asked and they DELIVERED! (No pun intended) I called Allen's Flower Market yesterday for a last minute request to have a UNIQUE floral arrangement for my Grammy delivered for the same day. I spoke to Raul over the phone (I'm in Texas) and he provided me with superb customer service! I  found a review here which had a beautiful floral arrangement posted. I wanted something similar! Raul assured me he would be able to get something similar delivered for the same day. I asked for pictures prior to delivery and he was courteous enough to email them to me! My Grammy is beyond blown away with this arrangement and so am I!! I will continue to order all future floral arrangements from Allen's! Thank you again, I am overly satisfied! More...

EDITED REVIEW: (See below) Originally was overcharged delivery due to some confusing information on their website, but they were very prompt in resolving it and offered a credit to correct the mistake. If you're sending sympathy flowers for a funeral service you have to select "deliver any time" to avoid being charged. Because it is a funeral, by default they deliver in time for the service. This was confusing and I'm not sure anyone would have caught this had I not mentioned it. _________________________________________________________________[Original post]Sending sympathy flowers and being overcharged on delivery by nearly 3 times what their website says. "For local deliveries, a standard local delivery fee of $10.00 applies --  Funeral Home deliveries receive special care, and are scheduled based on the published visitation and service time. For your convenience Allen's Flower Market Long Beach will verify all Funeral Home schedules and adjust delivery times accordingly at no extra charge.But when you go to actually make the order you find out that they do in fact charge extra to have it at the service on time, and those fees range depending on the times you request.
