Mike helped us purchase our first home. He was referred to us by a friend who also used him and had great things to say about him.
Our mortgage broker also had great things to say about him. He was available, honest, and passionate about helping us. Communication was amazing. When you need him he is there.
Because we moved to a sub-division and the house we purchased has a fence and both neighbors do as well, he suggested we get a survey to show the property markers to be sure everything is correct. We did and his advice was on point because the next door neighbor had his fence on our property by 13ft. Mike put it to where the seller had to deal with this before closing and it all worked out because now we can move in and don't have to deal with any of these issues. Glad we followed his advice.
We would highly recommend using Mike.
