I recently visited The Allegria hotel for a wedding . The food was amazing and so was the service . I was helped by an amazing staff member named Carolina . Carolina was there every time I needed assistance which I find rare when coming to banquet halls . She was polite and professional . The food was also very good - kudos to the chef ! We booked 'the day of' for a one night stay following a concert at the Coliseum (25 minutes away). All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful-we couldn't have asked for better. We ended up with a gorgeous room on their newly remodeled level. Our room was lovely, clean, and well equipped (although I would have liked to have had a coffee maker in the room in addition to the mini Starbucks in the lobby). This hotel is off the boardwalk and the rooms with the ocean views are breathtaking. I checked into the hotel and I must give a shout out to Devin White who was the nicest person you ever met. He was friendly, courteous and went out of his way to help me. I also want to mention Kirk who managed our catering order and conference room logistics. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of correctly. I bought a cake from an outside bakery and he kept it and brought it in on schedule with candles on it for my boss's birthday. I really love the service here. We stopped in to the hotel for the first time. We had pumpkin beers with the cinnamon sugar rim and it was absolutely delicious! Alison suggested adding a little vanilla vodka to our pumpkin beers and it was phenomenal!! Lauren talked with us the entire time and made our first stay just wonderful! Had a great experience at Allegria Hotel! Came with the hubby for our anniversary weekend as a last minute getaway. We booked our hotel online and when we checked in Alfredo at the front desk greeted us. He was super friendly, helpful and upgraded us to ocean view since we were celebrating our anniversary... I was so impressed with his customer service. We then went on to the bar and had some drinks.. Lauren at the bar helped us out.. she was super awesome!
