Did mostly cranionsacral therapy (or close to it) and exercises for the neck for several months, but I think the two or three needle therapies (not acupuncture) did help reset the muscles. Far better than one hospital's "Allstress" PT that hustles you in, out, and off their books, ready or not. Sessions ran 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours. Therapists, front desk, and customers all chat and treat each other well in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend. More...

My family have been patients of Allcare since 2017 and absolutely love them. Travis was amazing with the recovery of my daughter pre and post op ACL and both meniscus surgery. He had her back on the field to play her first collegiate field hockey game. He is now working with my youngest daughter getting her healthy for her upcoming senior year of high school field hockey. He has been able to rehab them not only for their sport;but also long term. They have also worked with my son on his shoulders, he tore both labrum and had to have surgery to repair. My daughter and I have both been patients at Allcare, working with Sarah. Elizabeth completed several months with Sarah to recover from a broken foot. She is now finally able to get back to dancing full out in ballet, after nearly a year of pain. Sarah was excellent at helping her work through her issues, and her dry needling technique loosened up a lot of areas of tightness that Elizabeth had. Elizabeth had also been dealing with an entrapped nerve in her hip causing numbness in her thigh for several months, and Sarah was able to release it and restore sensation to her thingh through dry needling. I have been seeing Sarah following a stress fracture in my foot, and am working with her to fix my running technique. She is the best! More...

Absolutely the best!! The staff was wonderful.Travis was able to explain clearly and show my daughter what it is she exactly needs to prepare for ACL surgery and beyond. A plan is set to prepare her for her next step in her field hockey career. We were with another practice who basically wasted a month of pre-surgical rehab that was needed to get her ready for surgery by working on extension,we had to reschedule her surgery because of it. Yesterday she came in at 3 extension and in 45 minutes Travis had her at 0!! Worth the trip from Spotsylvania to Woodbridge. Thank you! We are excited to work with you all! More...
