COMMON AREAS & BEDROOMS
Dust and vacuum: We get to the hard-to-reach ledges, windows, light fixtures and above cabinets. Basically, all the places that are too hard to reach during your normal cleaning routine.
Windows: Vacuum windowsills and window tracks. Remove cobwebs and bugs from window screens
Baseboards: Wipe baseboards with a wet cloth towel to remove dirt and dust
Ceiling Fans: Wipe down ceiling fan blades.
Doors: Wipe down doors and doorframes for fingerprints and smudges.
Garbage Cans: Wipe out and sanitize garbage cans, recycling bins and wastebaskets.
Blinds: We spray blinds with solution and wipe them down.
Couch & Chairs: We remove all cushions and vacuum the creases where pet hair and popcorn love to call home.


KITCHEN
Oven: We spray the inside of the oven with a solution, allow it to soak, then srub down all sides of the interior oven walls and wire racks
Stovetop: We remove the pot grates from the stovetop and soak in hot soapy water. Scrub down all surfaces and control knobs with a soapy sponge and then a clean wet rag. We then clean the hood fan and the hood fan filter.
Microwave: We start by loosening the food splatters with solution. If the microwave is tucked into an enclave in the cabinets, or on the countertop, we remove it to clean underneath/around it. Then use glass cleaner for the microwave face and keypad.
Refrigerator/Freezer: We use sponges dipped in solution for the refrigerator interiors.
Sink: This seems like a no-brainer, but after all that cleaning, the kitchen sink is going to be filthy. We wipe it out with hot soapy water, paying attention to the crevices in the backsplash, and around the faucet. Then use a disinfectant spray with bleach for the stubborn stains.
Dishwasher: We use baking soda to clean your dishwasher to remove soap residue and build up that accumulates over time. Then we run it empty.


BATHROOM
Showers/Tubs: We create a bleach solution with one part bleach to 10 parts water in a spray bottle. Then we soak the mold and mildew on the shower floor and tiled walls with the solution. After, we let the solution sit for a minimum of five minutes. Then gently scrub the caulk or grout with the scrubbing sponge.
Toilet: We scrub the toilet & also pay attention to the toilet base and hard to reach areas behind it as well.
Faucets: We de-scale & remove calcium build-up on faucets & shower-heads throughout the home.




*We do not climb higher than a two-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach un-visible places either by hand or extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand. We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build-up may require extra attention. Please allow for some dust re-settlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent the entirely.
