So my wife is new to Crossfit. Today was her second time ever trying it, she is not a big fitness person. Not that she is not capable, just not really interested. So I talked to her about going to All Srar to give it a try, I dont know much about crossfit myself. So she says sure. She makes an appointment and she shows up a little reluctant but ready all the same. The moment we walk In we are greeted by the owner Jessica, with a smile that could light up the state. I can see my wife immediately feels comfortable. I stay to watch, and give some support. I am so impressed by the professional level of Instruction. She gets my wife working right away. My wife is smiling and sweating and clearly enjoying herself. I couldn't be more pleased. We talk prices and the prices are very affordable! So my wife goes back tonight for her second day, she is really excited, we had been talking about it all day...She gets there and notices everybody is leaving, she says to Jessica " I guess not a lot of people come in on Friday" Jessica replies no, there is no class at 7:30 on Fridays..So my wife immediately says ok I will come another time, and apologizes. Mrs. Jessica says no problem, let's get to work. She gives my wife a private crossfit session. I gotta tell you, that made my wife feel on top of the world. In life these days you don't find to many companies that offer even mediocre customer service, and here we find a small business that offers customer service that makes you want to tell everybody! I would just like to say Thank you to Mrs. Jessica and the staff as well as all the members of All Star Nutrition for making my wife feel comfortable and most of all for making her smile, because she has the most beautiful smile ever..
