All I can say is AWESOME service.  They have to be the best cleaning service out here.  I had a very bad blockage in my bathrooms which led to a plumber having to come out and do work in my bathrooms and of course he left a mess for me to have to think about cleaning afterwards.  I just could not get up the strength to clean because it was just too much.   Thank God I found All Purpose Clean Up.  I'm very particular about my place, so trusting someone else to clean my house is definitely difficult.  I'm so glad I gave them a chance and I don't regret it at all.  They cleaned all my bathrooms so great that words don't even explain.   Please try them out because you will not be disappointed.  Great service and great prices!!!!!!!!! Lela and her team were extremely responsive and the cleaning services received were amazing. In addition to coordinating the service dates Lela   completed the services as well. She absolutely paid attention to detail. I was in a bind looking for a service provider that operated on Sundays within a certain window of time, and they were able to meet the requirement and did an excellent job. I used them for air bnb cleaning services. So they completed thorough home cleaning, washed linens and made the beds in preparation for the next renters. My home was cleaned over the weekend by All Purpose. The communication between Donald/Lela went very well via Yelp and we spoke over the phone to finalize the appointment. I was provided a range of $75 - $125 for my 2bd/1bth 900sq foot townhome in DC via yelp. Upon arrival and after a walk around I was told that it would be $115. The price was slightly higher than competitors but we were already scheduled and I needed it done. They provided an appointment reminder prior with a 4 hour given range of time for the cleaning. We left the home during the cleaning and I received a text shortly before 1pm stating they were almost done. Upon arrival the home smelled clean. Our home was pretty dusty which I expressed was a huge concern as well as the baseboards needing attention. After the completion walk through the only thing that I brought to her attention was the outside of the trashcan needing to be scrubbed (it's white) because I wanted to do a thorough walk around by myself to check for dusting concerns. My biggest complaint was my primary concern which was dusting. I expected everything to be dusted or wiped off like knick knacks on the dresser, picture frames, tv's/screens, air vents, kids storage cube & dresser, blinds, etc. These things were left untouched. As well under our beds were accessible but it was not swept or mopped underneath. Also I informed them that we have hardwood flooring throughout the home (we have 2 small floor mats) and inquired about using murphy's oil soap or something similar to shine & clean the wood. There is a reason they have this many five star reviews. From setting up the appointment to follow up with you afterwards, everything is so smooth and professional. I had a dog that urinated all over the sofa and the carpet over a period of weeks, and shed like crazy.I needed to carpet clean, the sofa clean and a deep cleaning for the apartment.I'm blown away by the work that they do. The carpet in the sofa look fresh and stain free again. I feel comfortable sitting on the sofa and walking around on the carpet without covering all my fee or covering the sofa.I normally wouldn't trust a stranger to come into my apartment while I'm not there, but they came while I was at work, and are completely trustworthy with your stuff.They even re-organize some things I would've never considered re-organizing that makes it look like I have so much more space in the bathroom in the kitchen.And all that for a price that you're not gonna find elsewhere. We used Donald and his crew to empty out our parents old house in DC. We couldn't be happier with the experience. Donald was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. We reached out to many companies for quotes via Yelp. Many were able to give us quotes without an in person visit. But I was worried I couldn't communicate how much stuff we had in the house, so I wanted to make sure I got at least a couple of in person estimates as well. I am glad we did. Donald saw everything in person and gave us a very competitive number. His was the largest truck (24-foot), which made me comfortable, in that I knew everything would fit in one go around. So we went with All Purpose.On the scheduled day, we had a snafu with our parking permits, so we had to push back a day. Thankfully, Donald also had something switch up last minute. We were impressed with his flexibility and again how responsive he was. The next day, Donald showed up on time with a crew of three others. They tackled the attic, two floors, and a basement quickly with no problems. They found creative solutions to get out large items that couldn't fit through doors. They made sure we had everything we wanted out. This was a large project and All Purpose really helped the situation be as stress free as possible. I had some older home theater equipment that I had meant to sell on ebay, but they were heavy, used outdated tech, and gathering dust. Normally I would've brought them to an electronics recycling  location like Best Buy, but the Plasma TV weighed like 150 pounds and the size (50") made it really unwieldy for one person to move around. Finally I said enough and decided to just have someone haul them away along with a queen-sized mattress and some other stuff. I looked around on the internet and found these guys. I liked the kind of prices people were talking about - $85 minimum, maybe $150 for several items, vs some of the more pricier trash removal places: I didn't want to pay $400 to have some stuff hauled away.I called and Donald answered the phone right away. I told him what I had and where I was and his response was "OK, I'm in route." I thought I had misheard him! But yes, he said he could be here in a few hours.He and his group (three guys total) showed up on time. They were friendly and polite. Don and his team at All Purpose Clean Up are the best that you're going to get in this area. I can promise you.. Punctual, courteous, specialized, efficient, and professional. Don came to my house to give me a quote, looked at the mess downstairs, and nodded his head "I'll take care of it". From that moment on, I knew I was in good hands. I'm talking about years and piles of basement crap here, no small job. Don and his team came on a Saturday morning, ahead of schedule! As soon as they pulled up they assessed, he delegated the work and got to work himself. They were hauling huge pieces of furniture, filling and hauling contractor bags, even a huge rug out the door. I'm pregnant so I couldn't go down much, but something inside of me told me that things were getting handled properly and they were. Anything that he suspected that wasn't trash he'd ask me. I mean, there was a lot of care taken in this situation and I really appreciated that.  After about 4 hours of hauling and cleaning, they swept up the dirt and I was left with a brand new basement that I can remodel into a play room for my baby. Im am so pleased with the service I recieved today. I contacted all purpose on Friday and they quoted me a price that was so reasonable, actually it was the best price I heard, I ended up canceling with another company and Im glad I did. Donald came the next morning and removed my couch and loveseat and an area rug for me. He was quick and prompt and so professional. Im getting a new couch delievered on Monday so Donald being able to come out today was so perfect! I would highly recommend him for all of your hauling needs. I hired All Purpose Clean Up to remove some old furniture from my apartment before moving out. The whole process couldn't have been easier. They were extremely quick to respond to a quote request, were available for an appointment immediately, called me to confirm a couple hours before arriving, and arrived early. My church is in the process of doing a clean-up/spruce-up effort.  We are getting rid of old items that are no longer useful.  After getting a a few quotes from hauling services, I still wasn't satisfied that we were getting the best bang for the buck.  I came across APCU and decided to give them a call.All I can say is...I needed to look NO further.  Mr. West promptly and courteously answered my call and discussed the estimate process.  He didn't have availability within the working hours of that day, but volunteered to come after hours to assess what needed to be done.  I don't know too many companies willing to extend their hours to accommodate providing an estimate, and NOT CHARGE you for that.  Mr. West did not charge for that.After consultation with the Pastor, the evening time frame didn't end up working out, and Mr. West was flexible and arranged to meet the Pastor the next morning.  Due to unforseen circumstances, the Pastor was unable to make the revised appointment, and the appointment had to be revised once again.  The entire time, Mr. West remained understanding, courteous, accommodating, and flexible in his scheduling. Mr. West was finally able to assess the job, and came prepared the day of the estimate appointment to begin the process.  He was professional, and FAST!!!  In addition, he was very reasonable on pricing.  The positive reviews are definitely true.  If you want fast, reliable, courteous service and reasonable pricing, you need not look any further than All Purpose Clean Up....They will get the job done for you and right!
