We've used All Friends for several years now.  The owners are fantastic and easy to work with, and Pam has taken such good care of our two cats.  They each have medical issues, and Pam has handled them beautifully.  In the past, we'd return from a trip and the cats would be anxious and unhappy.  Not anymore. The owners and Pam have made last minute adjustments to help us with family emergencies and bad weather that impacted our return.  We even receive pictures and updates of our kitties during our trips so we know we don't have to worry.  I highly recommend All Friends. We recently switched to AFPC after our previous pet sitter couldn't fit us in, and we had two bad experiences with week long trips. This couldn't have gone better! Vickie provided amazing care of our two cats while we were away. Our girl cat can be difficult with strangers but every day we received pictures of Lucy downstairs interacting with the pet sitter and "being nice." We came home to our house in the same condition we left it in, litter boxes and the area they are kept in were kept up with and no messes to be found. We are so happy to have All Friends take care of our dog when we are not there.  Beth keeps us updated after her visit on how our dog did.   She sent us texts and photos and even offered to take her to the vet when she wasn't feeling well.  We will be using their overnight services when travelling this fall and I know our dog will be much happier at home than in a kennel.  Very glad we found this company! Cannot say enough good things about All Friends.  Have used them (or previous incarnations) since 2002. They nursed my cat through kidney disease - not only giving medications, but their most amazing sitter Teri even taught herself how to give subcutaneous fluids so she could continue to care for him while I was out of town.  Yes, you read that right. They now take care of our two cats any time we are away and the kitties are so calm and happy when we get home. I never worry when we are away because they are amazing. and they make it all so easy. I have used All Friends Pet Care since moving to NoVA in 2005 with our two cats.  Their overnight sitters were fantastic, responsible and trustworthy.  All Friends was the first company I thought of when seeking dog walking services for our rescue puppy.  I put in an online request and the owner Pam got back to me that same day and even remembered me from 2005. They worked us into their busy schedule and we have had two dog walkers who have both been wonderful. I know that our puppy looks forward to his walks with his dog walker (also Pam) every day! Everyone we encounter at this business is helpful, friendly and responsive. They go above and beyond to service their customers and we think of them as family. I have used All Friends Pet Care since approximately 2009.  The staff is professional, caring, and will always work with me to make sure my 3 dogs and Eddie Four Paws (the cat) are loved and well cared for.  This includes going above and beyond when last minute plans result in Herculean efforts on their part to find an available overnight caregiver.  Love, love, love AFPC!  Highly recommended.  Thank you for all you do. I can not say enough great things about All Friends Pet Care!  I have two rescue dogs that are normally very shy/nervous around new people, so I was very worried before having them meet our sitter.  I was blown away when she came in the house, they were so excited to see her!  I have never seen them meet a new person with so much enthusiasm.  We have stuck with Aleksandra every since.  Their service is great and I love the daily write-ups and pet updates!  They go above and beyond to care for your pets.  If I could, I would have taken them with me when we moved from Reston. I have used All Friends Pet Care for about three years now, at both my Reston and Alexandria residences, and their staff is outstanding!  I have used both Lee Ann and Eowyn, and both sitters have been warm, professional, and very attentive to my cats. Most recently, Lee Ann accommodated my last minute request to come by for a re-acquaintance visit since my cat had not seen her for almost two years.  She also willingly checked on my cat during somewhat difficult driving conditions, since there was wintry weather while I was away.  And she gave me thorough and regular updates throughout my trip, which greatly assured me that my cat was in good hands.  Lee Ann is truly an asset to this business!Owner Beth also confirmed my online booking request very promptly, and kindly asked about my deceased pet, which I also greatly appreciated.I HIGHLY recommend All Friends Pet Care! I reached out to All Friends Pet Care based on all of the positive Yelp reviews. These folks were spot on!  Jean responded to my service request promptly with a professional, reassuring email. She got me set up in their online system which was very easy to use. We were lucky to have Alisha as our sitter. She was extremely professional and it was easy to tell that she really enjoys her job. I knew that our cat would be in good hands while we were out of town. Alisha provided a detailed text update after each visit. We can't say enough great things about All Friends, specifically Suzanne who was our pet sitter. Jean and Beth responded to our reservation request within a few hours of submitting it. The online system is fast and efficient. Suzanne sent us texts and pictures of our dog every day and left us a lengthy welcome home note when we got back from our trip. My dog is elderly so I didn't want to leave her in a traditional dog boarding facility while I was away for my honeymoon. She takes two different medications, eats a special dog food, and doesn't do well with change anymore . So, me and my husband called All Friends Pet Care. Me and my dog Pepper met our dog sitter Tammy a few days before. She came with me and Pepper for a walk and I explained all her routines. Pepper bonded with Tammy instantly. While we were away Tammy sent me daily email updates about Pepper. She also coordinate meeting with my mother-in-law, for her to pick up my keys and Pepper, so she could visit with a few other family members while they were in town. I moved to NOVA nearly three years ago from the Hampton Roads area.  Before I moved,  my only pet sitters were my wonderful friends and neighbors who were cat people themselves AND I had known for years.  My two cats are my children - you can ask my husband who calls me "the crazy cat lady" (all in good fun of course).  I would not be able to enjoy time away from our home if I did not know my cats were very well taken care of.  Enter All Friends Pet Care - We've had two sitters and both have been wonderful.   Unfortunately when we moved to South Riding, Carolin could no longer sit for us as it was out of her area.  However, I contacted All Friends and they set up a meeting with James right away.   Both Carolin and James are great with our cats.  I never have to worry about their well being.  As another reviewer has said they will even water plants, open blinds and bring in the mail.  My boy kitty tends to hoover his food and sometimes purge, but both Carolin and James have been great about keeping things clean and reaching out to me immediately if there are any concerns about my cats well being..The office staff is always very friendly and responsive.  Their website is user friendly - you can schedule your services online.  I couldn't be happier with a pet sitting service.  Thanks to All Friends and their great sitters, we can leave home without worrying about our cats or their care. We have had the pleasure of enjoying the services of all friends pet care several times over the last couple of years.  We have been absolutely pleased with the care of our two cockapoos, they always go above and beyond. ..the last few times we have had Cindy as our petsitter - she is the best!  We recently were away during a heatwave and when we got home, all was well - I don't think they even missed us...the dogs were happy, the plants were watered and mail was taken care of...we are so comforted by the care you all provide - thank you!!! Ours do not do well with boarding, so I would totally recommend the alternative of having them at home and in their own environment, with their usual rouitine...that being said, I am making a reservation for our next trip, even though we've only been home for little over a week...many thanks - caesar & patty & family, herndon, va More...

All Friends Pet Care is really great! We have used them several to sit our two cats. I love how the sitters come over before their first visit to meet you and your pets. They leave notes telling you about their visits and how your pets were; they will water your plants, get your mail, and our most recent sitter (Monica- she's really great!) even vacuumed on her last visit, without even being asked! We always feel really comfortable leaving our cats at home while we're away knowing that AFPC will be visiting to take care of them!Also, the owners, who deal with the administrative work/emails etc, are really prompt and helpful when you're trying to schedule an appointment- they answer email inquiries quickly and are very friendly. Our kittens are like our children so of course my husband and I were apprehensive about leaving them at home during our trip. And since our airline was a mess, we were even half a day late getting home! However, on a previsit my mind was set at ease by our sitter Andy. He seemed at ease with the cats and proved it for certain now. Even getting home late, we arrived to full food and water bowls, (relative to our delay!) clean litterboxes, and a note about how the cats did during the trip. Plants were watered as well! We recently used All Friends after a bad experience with our previous petsitting company (so of course we were a bit nervous! ).  I was impressed with All Friends right at the start when I called them after reviewing their excellent website (they have photos of most of their sitters with the sitters' comments about their feelings about taking care of their "customers").  I liked our new sitter whom we met at a "previsit" when she came to our home, was given our keys, and shown the litterbox and also reviewed our food/water/treats arrangements for our cat.  We left on our vacation feeling good about our cat's sitter.  These sitters will also bring in the mail andwater plants if you request it.  I highly recommend All Friends.
