What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the twinkle in your eye when you see a breakthrough with your pup! No matter how small, we start building momentum and there's pride in your voice, I'll do a happy dance (in my head).
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started working with other people's dogs in 2017 when I got back from studying abroad. I love being outside and needed a way to do cardio besides a treadmill! So rain or shine, I showed up to walk and run big dogs in apartments. After a couple of years, I saw a need for training for big dogs as family pets. We are so lucky in Washington to be dog-friendly in a lot of aspects. Then covid hit and many older trainers walked away from the industry.

I am excited to help transform your frustration to peace because inside the home we need that more ever. Yes, these will be provided over zoom if need be. I do this with expecting mom with furbabies. The adjustment can be hard for your furbabies. Your safety is my highest priority.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
It is up to the individual whether you'd like me to wear a mask. I am fully vaccinated (I work healthcare during the day.) I hand sanitize between clients and change out shoes depending on outside activity.
For housesitting clients: please leave cleaning products out and I will clean all spaces I've occupied the last day of the sitting to ensure nothing is passed.
Private 1:1 Training
All Ears is fully mobile! We come and meet you where you are. We can train from your home, backyard, or nearby park. Whatever you're comfortable with or the situation we're resolving for your pup's reactivity.

Reactivity 1:1 Training
Older dogs (greater than 2 years old) or rescues will have trauma that has developed. Learn how to connect with your dog and overcome behavioral problems. Contact All Ears through their short inquiry form on www.allearspetcarellc.com.
Housesitting

Multi-pet families welcome. Brianna is skilled in giving meds, caring for puppies and geriatric dogs.
Addition add on: Dog park adventure, dog store shopping, or may go with Brianna for a dog training client.
It's important to help puppies under 1 -2 years old to set their habits and skills sets with consistent care. Brianna will ensure their training is consistent while you're away! Brianna asks the pup is at least 80% potty trained or bell trained.

Home Board and Train

Going on vacation? Just got a puppy? Struggling to get them socialized, and knock out their list of skills? Not all dogs are the same.
Brianna will create a reasonable personalized training program to be done at your home while you're on vacation! The skills your dog(s) are learning will be proofed and ready to go once you get home. Follow-up training appointments with Brianna will be included to ensure transferring of work is complete.
Must go on vacation for at least 10 days. Typically train and boards at other facilities are 2 to 3 weeks long.
