I have had such a positive experience with All County Alamo Property Management. They are extremely responsive, maintain and service my property as if it were their own, give great advice, use affordable and experienced contractors for repairs, and do their due diligence to ensure the property remains occupied. Unlike some other managers I've dealt with, it's been a joy to work with a straight talking man of integrity who has saved me many headaches to get our company properties rent ready. We operate from out of the country and Darren and his team have looked after two properties for a couple of years now. While their Web Access program could do with a more user friendly data presentation, it does provide the basic data I need for my accounts.We liked Darren's team so much we gave them the job of selling the houses as we wound up that part of our business.
