We hired AAC to clean our rental property in Murrells Inlet. The owners met with us prior to hiring them and bragged about how much their clients love them and that they are used to working with clients that demand a high level of cleaning and attention to detail.
This was a huge investment for my husband and me and we took great care in decorating and remodeling the house. It is also our vacation home. We had several issues over the course of 5 months including a missed cleaning, leaving the house uncleaned and beds unmade for the next guest. They are so impolite and questioned everything I requested to be done in our home. They just cleaned and left as quickly as possible. The crew was different each time they cleaned so nothing was ever put back where it belonged in the house. Toilets were sealed but uncleaned, food spills left in the refrigerator. In one case a guest left phone chargers behind and the crew lied and told me they weren’t there. After I explained that I had been in the house before they cleaned and saw them, they said they probably got thrown out. Hmmm!
The communication was less than courteous and often rude and lacked detail. They seemed very unorganized and scattered. As a homeowner living 5 hours from our rental property, I expected them to want to take care of my home and take pride in the work they do. I admit we are extremely picky and have high expectations in order for our guests to have the best experience.
I am so surprised they stay in business.
