The worst limo company in the St. Louis, MO area. Here is the story that happened with my future wife and me. Before the pandemic hit, we decided to rent out a party bus for our wedding. So, we put a deposit down for the party bus we wanted, like you do for any rental like this. Our wedding had to change drastically due to the pandemic which caused our party bus options to change as well. Instead of having the party bus before the wedding as the original plan, we decided to have the party bus after the wedding. All About You Limos said they would not allow us to use the party bus after the wedding because they have had bad experiences with heavy drinking at the wedding. This makes no sense because this company has party buses that are being rented by college kids who are getting absolutely smashed before they get on these party buses. Since the company said we were not able to use the party bus and our only option was to use the party bus after the wedding due to the pandemic, we were going to lose out on our deposit. This obviously sucks since this was due to the pandemic and no other factors, but it is what it is. We instead wanted to put the deposit towards a limo that would deliver my fiancé and her bridal party to the venue, but they would not do this for us because our deposit was for the party bus and not the limo. They also had interest in the party bus that we were going to use. This company is only in to make money and I would not trust them at all. We used AAY Limo at the end of last month for my wife’s Surprise 30th Birthday Party. It was amazing. We went to Stovall’s Grove to line dance after going to Defiance to the winery. I picked the Western Bus as it fit our theme perfectly. The driver (who’s name is escaping me) was amazing. He was there ahead of schedule and helped get everyone in the bus before I got there with my blindfolded wife to surprise her inside the bus. Very professional and friendly. Barb who takes care of the bookings was amazing too, I probably called her 8 times before my final booking and she never once seemed frustrated or done dealing with my questions. I had to make a very difficult decision to cancel my best friends bachelorette party and bridal shower due to the restrictions mandated with COVID-19. We have no weekends that will work before the big day, which we hope with still happen. The bride is booked up until the big day and I live in Texas so to make arrangements to travel just cannot happen. All About You Limos gave me the option to reschedule, which is just not possible. They were great to communicate with for booking and very flexible when our times changed. On the day of, the driver was a bit late to pick the wedding party up, and then we missed a few of our stops for pictures due to complications maneuvering the Hummer. I heard somebody say the power steering was out but I never verified that this was true. The driver was very nice and accommodating it just sucked that we didn’t make it where we had planned to due to time constraints. I rented the Pegasus 30 passenger bus with onboard bathroom for my best friend’s zombie themed bachelorette party Saturday 10/05. I booked the bus back in March and the booking experience done over phone + email was extremely pleasant and easy. AAYL called me a few days prior to party day and confirmed my reservation and answered any and all questions I had. The bus was AMAZING! We didn’t have the entire 30 people to fill it and it was a great amount of space. The bus arrived exactly on time. The bathroom definitely came in handy multiple times for a few sick ladies and restroom breaks when we were driving or didn’t have time to use a restroom at a stop. J was our driver and he was EXCELLENT. He was extremely patient, flexible, helpful, crowd friendly and had a great sense of humor - everyone loved him and he made the night perfect! There is nothing more I could ask for from this company + the driver they provided for her special night. Two of my best friends used AAYL last year (and last minute) for a surprise birthday party bus for me last year and it was by far the best birthday I have ever had. We had the Hawaiian themed bus then and it was the absolute coolest bus I have ever been on. I highly recommend this company for their amazing customer service, fleet of extremely nice busses and fantastic drivers who make sure your night is everything you want it to be. They are five star ⭐️ for me and I will go back to them for any party vehicle needs I have in the future. If you are looking to book any type of group transportation for any event, I would highly recommend this company. I've booked limos with them twice. My other family members have also used them for a couple of weddings and a bachelorette party.I've never had a single problem with any of the bookings. I rented a beautiful 40 passenger limo bus for my wife's birthday. I was impressed from my first contact with the company. They were very friendly and not at all pushy. We really liked the idea of having a trolley for our wedding transportation, but when we looked at another trolley specific company thought there was no way it would work. Then friends recommended All About You Limos since they'd used them for their wedding and had had a great experience. We can now say the same thing. We had a great experience with All About You Limos and their trolley bus. They were incredibly easy to work with, super friendly and happy to make sure we had a fantastic time running around taking pictures between the ceremony and reception. Transportation was one of the more difficult things to find for my wedding. Because I live in a small town, many vendors were wanting to charge me a significant amount of money for travel costs from their location to my wedding. All About You Limos was so easy to work with. Gary was very responsive and the price was reasonable. The price he quoted included travels costs and gratuity which made planning for our wedding day so much easier, because there were no hidden costs to worry about. Our driver showed up on time and was well dressed and professional. We all thoroughly enjoyed working with him. We were in the 22 passenger luxury bus and the inside was beautiful. They had glasses and champagne for us and it was so much fun to ride around for photos celebrating with our wedding party. We hired this company's Hummer Limo in January for a wedding party in the St Louis area for October of 2013. It was an outstanding experience.
Driver Phil Russell was prompt and extremely personable. Excellent to deal with. Phil had a great personality and was perfect for this position. I felt very safe with him as a driver and trusted him fully. Limo was clean and well prepared for our event. We utilized the limo and driver services in several locations in St Louis Metro area in MO and in IL to take photos of special locations important to the bride and groom. All fell into place just as we had hoped. The event was also during Game 3 of the 2013 Cardinal-Rex Sox World Series so needless to say, it took excellent skill to navigate really tight quarters with high volume of pedestrians. It also became necessary to send the limo back and forth several times from the restaurant to the reception at the hotel to accomodate guest needs. The driver handled it all with class and ease and very timely. GREAT JOB driver Phil and All About You Limos. Thank you so very much...I am very selective about products and services I purchase and without question, I highly recommend this vendor for any event where transportation is needed. Gary and All About You were terrific to work with. From the bridal party's shopping trip to the wedding, their vehicles were wonderful and their drivers very professional.
Their vehicles were well worth the money. I especially love that their price includes EVERYTHING, even the driver's tip. That way no one has to worry about how much to tip him or worry about carrying cash! It was very convenient.
They always arrived on time, which for them means early, and provided wonderful service.
All about You is the only limo company I will use from now on.

A little bit pricey, but we used the "Wild West Bus"- it was a blast and I wouldn't have had it any other way. I considered a trolley, but this was 400 dollars less and I'm SO glad we went with it. The western theme went over well even though there was no other western part of the wedding or reception, but there was a saddle and "horse trough" for drinks, and the wedding party and wedding guests LOVED how fun and different it all was. The groom and groomsmen especially loved the fun of it, which made picture taking in the heat and posing much more fun and tolerable. The inside was very clean and well kept, and the "horse trough" for drinks came full of ice. The i pod hookup was a little difficult to manipulate, so I would reccommend CD's for your own music. It really set the mood for a fun road trip from the ceremony to the reception (3.5 hours split d/t Catholic ceremony) The bus came loaded with fresh ice as well and the driver was very accommodating. I even called to day before, just to double check my reservation. He told me "mark us off your list, you have nothing to worry about". And he couldn't have been more accurate. I discovered this company at a local bridal show. They were the best deal, and had friendly service. They had numerous vehicles to choose from and I was happy with my selection. Our driver Randy was very professional and helpful-even helped me out of the limo so I wouldn't fall in my dress! We got the limo bus which was perfect and gave us more room.
My only complaint was that they were very slow getting back to me whenever I called or left a message. It usually took a couple days, so I would just call them again and did get ahold of them. Overall, I was very pleased with them and their prices couldn't be better!

Since we got married on New Years Eve we were expecting to have to pay more for a limo, but that was not the case with All About You Limo Service. We were able to afford a top shelf limo for us and all of our guests that stayed over night with out going over our budget. Randy was our limo driver that evening and did an excellent job and was very professional, yet fun!!!! The limo was absolutely spotless and clean as well. We used our limo for the wedding party and also as a shuttle for our wedding guests from our hotel to our reception venue from 4:30 PM until 1:30 AM. We had an Excursion Stretch for the wedding party and were expecting a corporate limo as a getaway car, we were pleasantly surprised to find the same Excursion Stretch to pick the two of us up in the evening! ! We rented a huge White Hummer Limo for our wedding. This was the easiest task to complete for us. Greg was very responsive and answered all of our questions.
