Tara saved my hair! I had tried bleaching it at home and ended up looking like a blotchy Cheeto... She just completely fixed the mess I made. She was really nice and quick, and she didn’t make me feel pressured at all to buy any products or do any extra procedures if I didn’t want or need them. The final cost was well reasonable. Breanna is wonderful. I needed a hair trim, dye and balayage. She carefully explained what she was going to try to do and the uncertainty of how my hair would react bc of a previously badly done dye job that I was quite unhappy about. She then warned that we might not get it all in this one shot (the previous stylist didn't listen and just dyed a block of my hair jet black when I wanted a more natural and softer brown) but she had a plan in place for me for the next few sessions in case it didn't work out the way we wanted it to this time. But in the end, it worked out really well and I couldn't have been happier. It's the best balayage that I've ever gotten. It was even better than I thought was possible on my hair. The hair trim was also nicely done. And on top of all of this, I am usually not as busy as I was when I came in for this visit but I was coordinating the funeral of one of my best friends who had just recently passed that was happening two days from then. I had to take calls and such during the treatments but Breanna was patient with my interruptions the entire time. Not that I am encouraging disruptive behavior when getting your hair done, but she was very kind and didn't show even an ounce of annoyance even tho I couldn't even bring myself to explain the situation. I really needed and appreciated this. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Just a note for the picture, we don't know why but the picture looks a lot blonder than reality. Have gotten my haircut here a few times and I love it! People are always nice, snacks and drinks are a huge plus, and the vibe of the place is very relaxing.
