What do you love most about your job?
I love empowering others and watching clients light up when we hit a goal or find a new passion! I also really enjoy the variety of activities I get to do with my clients. Best of all, the friendships and genuine connections I'm able to make with coaching clients is priceless.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I struggled for years with my own hormonal health and it wasn't until I started working with a Naturopath who helped me treat not just my symptoms, but also edit my life. It's amazing how much our daily routines and people we surround ourselves with affect not only our emotional health but our physical health as well. So much can be achieved by editing our lives, planning, and having an accountability partner. My coaching takes a holistic approach and we work on so much more than just goal setting and accountability. We work together to feed your soul!
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a unique way with my clients. What you're going through is real and unique to you. We tailor our sessions to your personal needs and focus on what it is you're working toward. If you want to lose weight, we will meet at your place to take a walk in the neighborhood, so you have a safe path to walk on your own next time. During our meetings we usually do the work together, to get you started. If you want to start a business, we will build a business plan together, explore opportunities and I'll connect you with mentors and other resources that will contribute to your success. Together, we will find what motivates you, how to stick with it and live the life you've always wanted to live!
I like to tailor our session to your personal needs and really learn what it is you're looking to achieve. I'm honest and kind, and truly want to help you with whatever it is that you're wanting to working on. I have over 20 years of corporate business experience, I've worked in the global events industry, more specifically Food, Beverage and Nutraceutical industry for many years. I worked as a personal trainer for three years and absolutely love empowering women. I've been an ultra runner, and powerlifter. I've struggled with fertility issues and most recently became a Mommy. I run several small businesses and I know what it's like to be a woman and juggle everything. I've not only helped women achieve their personal balance but I live it myself.

Yes, while I do prefer to meet clients in person, I have several clients that I work with remotely!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Virtual sessions are available. Also happy to wear a mask and meet outdoors with my clients, depending on their needs.
