I have had THE WORST experiences with cleaning services over the years...UNTIL NOW. Â My previous cleaners have been notorious for not showing up on time or doing a mediocre job (spilling bleach on the carpets, breaking things. ..); but that is not the case here. Â I am apprised of any necessary changes in the schedule in advance, the crew arrives promptly and they get right to work. Alida and her crew arrived a little before the scheduled time, then after a quick walkthrough to discuss any particular cleaning requests, the two ladies got to work and efficiently cleaned my 2350 sq. ft. house in just about 2 1/2 hours! They worked quietly and pleasantly, allowing me to feel comfortable with them in my home and around my four children (although we tried to stay out of their way :)). They even folded our towels so nicely back on their rods, I felt like I was staying at a hotel! Then, Alida made sure all was to my satisfaction, even touching up a couple places and cleaning an exterior door I hadn't asked for. Amazing doesn't even begin to describe how great of a job they did. Jason & Romona were super nice and worked hard. They cleaned top to bottom which no one does any more.
Romona even dusted my ceiling lights. I don't thinks it's ever been done before. I am seriously impressed with how well they did. Jason was great as we went through the walk through of what I wanted done. He even mentioned doing things I didn't think of so I felt my house got even more clean then I was expecting.
I am a stay at home Mom and sometimes I feel like my kids get in the way of the cleaners making me just not want anyone to come over in the first place. They dealt with all my kids questions and intrusions on their cleaning with ease and still got it all done early. They are a great team and I am truly happen with the service given to me! You will not be disappointed in choosing Alida's Custom Cleaning Services.

Happiness is walking into a clean house after Alida's Custom Cleaning Service has been there working their magic! Alida’s 2 person crew came to my house and performed a 4 hour deep clean on the whole place.
The showers sparkle, the dark questionable stains permeating my oven have miraculously disappeared, the floor is smooth and shows no signs of the grime and dust the humans who inhabit the place track in from the great outdoors! The layer of dust that usually provides a…er…’protective layer’ on our furniture and electronics has all been removed (who knew that wood could actually gleam!) The air smells fresh without any traces of chemicals, and I fear I will never be satisfied with the halfhearted efforts of my teenager cleaning the bathroom again!
The cleaning technicians showed up promptly at the scheduled time and brought all their own supplies. After a quick walk through to show them the house they quickly and efficiently got right to work. I had errands to run and felt completely comfortable leaving them there to do the cleaning while I was gone. (Plus, this way, I was able to come home and experience the magical feeling of having the ‘cleaning fairy’ visit in my absence- a joy only my husband has been able to experience in the past!)
It was easy to schedule my cleaning time with Alida, and she was very prompt in her response. She was very professional and after a few questions was able to ascertain the service I needed and give me a price. They were very reasonable, and well worth the cost. I will definitely be using Alida’s Cleaning Service in the future, and will comfortable recommend her to friends!

I was blown away by the clean provided by Adida’s cleaning. Jason and Romona were so polite and courteous. I have used other cleaning companies in the past and they surpassed them easily. They were open to feedback and for the first time in a long time my house actually felt and looked beautifully clean! They do a top to bottom clean which most companies do not do. Just walked into my home and immediately got teary eyed. I walked the house, took pictures, and stared at how awesome everything is!
Carpet markings are one of my favorite things to see after the house is cleaned. Seeing them all over the house and even on my couch got me hooked! I am so amazed at cleanliness of everything that I just sit here in amazement. As a new homeowner one of the things I wanted to keep up with was cleaning. However, with my summer mood cleaning wasn't at the top of the list. Alida's cleaning service happened at just the right time since school is right around the corner for me (one less thing to worry about)
Alida, Jason, and Ramona arrived 30 minutes before scheduled time and immediately got to work. I showed Jason a spot on my counter that had wax residue as I tried everything to get it off. Got home, ran to my bathroom, and AHA! Amazing work! He got it off! All the bathrooms were spotless. No water rings around the drain holes and mirrors were wiped clean.
Additionally, I walked in and it didn't smell like nasty chemicals that were used all over the house. If you know me, the use of non-abrasive chemicals are very important and if it's important to you too, definitely contact Alida.
I will be using Alida's services again :)

Alida and her crew did an outstanding job cleaning my home top to bottom. They arrived on time with all their supplies. Everyone was very professional and friendly. My home has NEVER been cleaner. I was so thankful to have Alida and her team stop on by this past week!!! I wish my house was still spotless as when they left! They hand cleaned our floors! Alida's Custom Cleaning Service is FANTASTIC! They started working hard the minute they walked in my door and didn't stop! I don't know how they get so much done so quickly. They work from top to bottom, even reaching the corners of our vaulted ceilings. I was so impressed that they even took care of things that aren't on my weekly cleaning to do list, like dusting light fixtures and cleaning off vents. I am so impressed and so happy with Alida and her crew. Alida came for a walk through and estimate, gave her crew a few instructions and then came back at the end for a quality control check.
Jason and Amanda worked hard, quietly and efficiently. They were courteous and polite to me and my kids. I really appreciated that they were quick to go to work and keep working. They didn't waste any of their time or mine. If you're looking for people that pay attention to detail, then these are your people.
My windows tracks are completely clear, my white kitchen sparkles white again, my stove looks so good! They even cleaned my dining room chairs and vacuumed my sectional! It was seriously awesome. Not only does the place look amazing but smells great too!

Alida's came today and I loved coming home to a clean house! I have 2 dogs and 2 kids, so the place gets messy but it looks amazing now.
From top to bottom, from side to side, its all clean. They even moved things to clean under them rather than cleaning around. They cleaned my gas stove top, which I had been dreading doing and my bathrooms sparkle. I felt horrible because I left a mess in the bathroom, which I meant to clean up, but they moved all the stuff and put it back and organized it! The carpets and hardwood also look great, the dog hair is gone!
They arrived on time, were friendly and scheduling service was super easy! They are worth every penny! Ill be scheduling again!

Alida's Custom Cleaning had excellent communication from the start. They were responsive and able to schedule me in for the dates I requested. The team arrived right on time and were very friendly. I felt perfectly comfortable allowing them to go about their routine while I played with my daughter upstairs. They were quick and efficient! I'm very pleased with the work done. What a lifesaver! I'm pregnant and supposed to be on bedrest while my husband was sent away for work for 3 weeks, Alida's has made it possible for me to feel like I can stay on top of the housework while he's away.
