About

Currently in grad school to become a therapist and as a trained coach, we can set goals but also discuss the emotional patterns that come up with recent obstacles. I am a talented coach, helping over 60+ clients, trained in Neurolinguistic Programming and with work at Mental Health Facilities, I am a guiding light and a source of inspiration, knowledge and growth. I believe we have the answers within, but we often need someone to hold a flashlight, pull away the cobwebs or ask the right questions to expand our current view of where we were to where we are and where we want to go.

I can take you on a journey that is goal oriented or travels to your early attachments. Whatever way is the best, we will figure it out. My goal is to provide you unconditional positive regard, gentle accountability, and deep discovery.

Once we understand the emotions, we can take a look at the thoughts that don't serve us. From there we figure out exactly what we want and I help you with tools and education to focus your mind on what it is you want. When we go from looking at the problem to the solution and take external to internal, change is profound and lasting.
