I have been training for 5 years now. I started as a Muay Thai Instructor and I incorporate Muay Thai into my training sometimes too as it’s great cardio. As a client of mine you will have full access to me to ask any questions so we can best achieve your goals. We will discuss nutrition and daily habits.
