Beware! Do NOT trust this company with your business information! I hired Alexa Media Marketing to provide SEO and software development for my small business. I provide a niche service where I assist contractors in obtaining their licenses. I gave them access to my website and to proprietary information for the purpose of website marketing, SEO, and software development. Once they had all my business information, the owners of Alexa Media Marketing formed a competing company, “Contractor Licensing Pros LLC” using MY business model and online presence as a benchmark for their competing company. Their contractor licensing website contains information directly from my website. They also hired one of my ex-employees and are misrepresenting her work at my company as their own experience in contractor licensing. Alexa Media Marketing represents Poor Business Ethics, Poor Communication, Chaotic Account Management, and an inability to Deliver on Timelines, Strategy and Results.
After 10 months of diligently trying to make this collaboration work, they took our money and walked away from our business having never fully delivered on the agreed upon strategy and produced no sales results.
We signed on with Alexa Media Marketing in February 2022, created a strategy/timelines together and everything was to be completed by April 22, 2022.
In October, with these deliverables not completed, we requested a meeting with Senior Management still looking for results. A Senior took our account on personally to ensure that all would be in place by November 15th in time for the holiday season. On November 11th, we were told that they no longer had the time to work on the account.
We respectfully requested a refund for services not rendered.
We never heard from Alexa Media Marketing again.

We take our responsibility to our clients very seriously and work diligently to ensure that each and every one of them receive the highest level of service possible. We take our business ethics and communication very seriously, so it is disappointing to read that we failed to meet your expectations in these areas. Unfortunately, due to client confidentiality, I cannot share specifics about your account; however, I would like to assure you that we always strive to deliver on our commitments and provide results for our clients. Here is what we can discuss: -Between the months of May to November your company was due to make monthly payments for work to be completed. This work included website maintenance and changes, as well as monthly blogs to help with you on-site SEO work. -July - The Site was published., and we did a last second check to see if everything is responsive and it was good to go. We Asked Susan to review just in case, which she did and allowed us to work on the blog, as well as allowing us to gain focus on the FB ad campaign. Main fixes were Mobile Menu, Search Menu and Link re-directs. August- Site changes Made, and Blogs written, Additional Graphic Changes Made Sept- 2 Blogs added to the site, Additional Graphic Changes Made, Additional Products Listed, October- 1 Blog added to site, More Products added to site. NOVEMBER - another 2 blogs created & website changes made You have been delinquent on payments for over 6 months. Due to the issues we had previously with an employee, who is no longer with the company for that reason, the above work mentioned was completed FREE of charge for your company. (total value of $2,093) When we went in to upload the November blogs, we no longer had access to your site. You spoke to our team and we instructed you on what was needed on YOUR end to complete the additional work you were wanting us to do for you. Because of that, we decided to cut ties, as we could not continue to perform the work with no payment or cooperation from your team as well. We apologize we could not come to agreement on how things needed to be done, but to say we did no complete the work for you is not true.

Started off promising. Then no communication, no memory of previous conversations. No input. Just stay away, especially if you are a small business with limited funds.

We strive to reply to all messages within 24 hours, but due to the high volume of inquiries we sometimes fall behind. We understand you hired us to build a 5 page website on January 11th with the clear indication that the project did not need to be completed until Q4, 2022. On Feb 22nd we had a meeting, where we were given access to a google doc of ideas... we decided to buy the domain www.wellnesstraumatherapy.com. By March 4th you had received 5 different theme options. This would be the inspiration for the rest of the website. On the 7th, you chose the option you preferred. Still we were under the assumption that this was due later on this year. We were surprised to see that you initiated a chargeback as we are prepared to send you over the first revision for your reviewal. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
