My mission is to help clients transform their pain into an opportunity for self-discovery, healing and empowerment, to ultimately reclaim their voice, purpose, and self-worth. I welcome individuals who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, lost, or that they " don't belong" as well as people who have experienced abuse or struggle with negative body image and a harsh inner critic.
I use a non judgmental approach creating a warm, safe and supportive setting. My aim is to explore with curiosity and kindness the aspects of life clients wish to attend. I draw on aspects of mindfulness to help us ground in the here and now while also exploring the past and how it has informed us.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and genuine. I believe in working collaboratively with clients while also giving direct feedback when appropriate. I describe myself as eclectic, using a variety of approaches to fit your unique needs. Most importantly, I listen carefully to your particular concerns, goals and preferences.
