Multiple locations
Alex has been working professionally with dogs for over 20 years, starting as a kennel attendant for a dog daycare/boarding facility and working up to manager and lead trainer of the facility in WA. After moving to Los Angeles, Alex continued working as a consultant for new daycare facilities opening up in the city, then moved on to private petsitting and dog walking services through Rover, and acting as a dog trainer through a company called Karma Dog where she continues to work with private clients and is lead instructor for puppy kindergarten classes.

What do you love most about your job?
I love working with animals, but dogs hold a special place in my heart. They're loyal and lovable, silly, unpredictable, and always work hard to please their people. It's always such a reward when I can help a dog and its human come together to create a lasting and fulfilling partnership that'll last throughout the rest of the dog's lifetime.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always worked through companies before but in today's economy in particular I know it can be difficult to find the best programs for our dogs at an affordable rate. By providing services outside of the big companies I can cut the cost down for the puppy parents significantly, which means I get more fulfillment knowing I was able to help more people and their dogs.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm experienced in all types of issues that a dog parent may face, I'm privately insured, and I've gone through pet first aid certification multiple times so I know everyone's beloved pet is safe in my care!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I'd prefer to provide all services in person as it can be difficult to read a dog's body language appropriately through a camera.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I'm fully vaccinated and am perfectly will to wear a mask upon request.
