My personal training clients come to me at different ages, with different goals, and, of course, with different bodies. This is why all programs will vary drastically from each other. However, one key component will always be present in all programs and that is calisthenics! Training sessions never require any equipment. The only weight that you’ll need to lift is your own bodyweight!

Expect to lose fat and gain muscle! Most bodyweight athletes are strong and have a very impressive physique, so you better get on board now if that’s what you want! Besides aesthetics, bodyweight training provides an incredible boost to your mobility and makes your joints and ligaments absolutely bulletproof. That’s why bodyweight training is, by far, the best method of working out if you want to avoid injuries during your workouts and prevent random injuries in your everyday life. Of course one the biggest benefits is that you can take your training with you anywhere you go, so you can keep training and getting results no matter where you go!

Don’t live in NYC and still want to train? Or maybe you travel a lot? Then video sessions are the way to go! All you need is a decent phone camera, good internet connection and ideally wireless headphones. Out of state clients are always welcome to work with me!

Services

Calisthenics is a form of strength training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle groups (gross motor movements), such as standing, grasping, pushing, etc. These exercises are often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, as bodyweight exercises. They are intended to increase strength, fitness, and flexibility, through movements such as pulling, pushing, bending, jumping, or swinging, using one's body weight for resistance in pull-ups, push-ups, squats, etc. Calisthenics can provide the benefits of muscular and aerobic conditioning, in addition to improving psychomotor skills such as balance, agility, and coordination.

When trying to lose (or even gain) weight, proper nutrition is absolutely essential to your ability to reach your goal. Guiding you in the right direction is part of my job so I'll make sure you understand what and when you need to eat.

Strength training and diet is only part of what you need to do. Proper recovery is a must if you are doing strength training and I'll make sure you have all the information to know how to recover as quickly as possible in between sessions.
