I absolutely love this studio! I've been to my fair share of yoga studios in my day and this one is by far the best! The classes and so well put together, the staff is amazing, and the community within the studio is exactly what I needed! All the students are so supportive and friendly to one another regardless of experience or abilities. My favorite class is Sandi's yoga sculpt class! Absolutely love love love this new studio and the amazing instructors. I recently left my gym to practice yoga full-time. My concern with leaving the gym was keeping my  in tip top shape without the machines . I'm so thrilled to share that my body is toning up nicely after just 3 weeks! This yoga studio is what I've been waiting for! The perfect space, the perfect temperature, the perfect community, guided by the best yoga instructor around. With the quaint lighting, mirrors and warm air, I immediately felt like I was hit with a wave of enchantment walking through the door. The 6am classes are Monday through Friday and the flow is not your basic class. Every class is different and challenging. If you are new to yoga, Sandi, the instructor, will cue you thought it. Everyone is truly welcome. Classes are offered in the mid-morning and evening too. If you want the physical rewards, as well as, the mental rewards yoga offers, Alchemy Wellness is the studio for you. There is just the right balance of love, compassion, and kick your ass vibes in Sandi's classes. I highly recommend you join this amazing communities of yogis. More...

I do private yoga sessions with Sandi and they are AMAZING. I also get a crazy work  out once a week with her hot yoga sculpt class. Karen's Pilates classes are also great!! They just put a sauna in the back to make the experience THAT MUCH BETTER. Heather has done such an amazing job with this studio, the vibes are immaculate!!!! More...

Love this studio! Incredible instructor (Sandi) and clean modern studio. The classes offered are appropriately challenging so you know you are putting in work.
