Had an appointment to look at the venue at 5pm. My fiancé got there at 4:30 and was told that the “secretary has left for the day” that we had to reschedule for the next day. I called them and whoever I spoke too had no empathy for my wasted time and gas. He was extremely unprofessional and literally said “I don’t want to keep lying to you” indicating that all we were told was complete BS! Then proceeded to hang up on me. Had a photo shoot a this venue and unfortunately had a TERRIBLE experience for the hour that we were there. The employee that approached us was extremely unprofessional . Would give zero stars if I could. No upkeep, even spoke to the owner and was baffled with how he dealt w/ a communication error. Save your time and money, do not do business there. More...
