After more than 30 years in private practice in San Mateo County in Northern California and then for four years in Southern California, I closed my physical offices. In addition to my private practices, I worked for the California State Correctional System, specializing in forensic psychology. I am now focusing on telepsychology. My specialty is short-term cognitively oriented therapy for adults, including seniors. I have sub-specialties in post-incident stress reactions, chemical dependency, and custody-related issues with post-divorce families.
I have also worked extensively with military and law enforcement personnel and their families, and served in the US military myself during combat.
