What inspired you to start your own business?
I was tired of working corporate America, and wanted to make a difference in small business. To me it isn't about making money, it is about making people successful. If my clients are succeeding I also succeed right along side them.

I provide all services remotely, but I do like to meet my clients at least twice a year to make sure that we are on track. For those closer to my office I seek to meet them more often. In todays day we can do all things remotely and I recommend it highly.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Working remotely, Wearing a mask when I do meet with my clients. Keeping all my payroll clients aware of the ever changing rules regarding employees in the workplace.
