Ease of Use, so that users can find the information they are looking for. Speed, as statistics show that users are not patient enough to wait for a slow website. Trustworthiness, the website should have a professional look and feel to inspire trust to the user. Scalable, so that the client can grow the website without having to rebuild it from the ground up every few years. Safe and Secure, because no one wants to be involved in a data breach, it's never fun.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
First we schedule a phone consultation to determine the clients goals and any challenges they are facing. We ask what their website should do, who their demographic may be, how they plan to grow the website, and what style of website they like. We ask these and many other questions so that we can best understand not only the website, but the client as well, so that we may deliver a completed product that hits our mark every single time.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the challenges that each day brings us, problem solving is what we excel at, web design and development are just the tools we use to achieve the goal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The ability to help multiple clients achieve their goals was more attractive than sitting in a board room taking instruction handed down from someone outside the industry.
