Hey there! My name is AJ and I am the manager and head strength coach at Tenacity Fitness. I have been a trainer for 11 years and train out Tenacity Fitness in Hainesport, q private studio in Medford and do in home training. My focus is setting realistic fitness goals that are attainable for each client.

Every client meets with a coach to discuss what their training goal is. Everyone has their preference of what they like and don’t like. We find a way that works best for the client.

Consistency. Setting days and a time to train will help long term.

Having clients reach their goals but understand it is attainable.

I saw how coaches were only doing part time and not continue their education to help clients. I am a full time trainer and want to learn the best ways to help clients surpass their goals.

I have a proven trsck record for the past 11 years getting clients the results they want.

I write training programs for online clients. I follow up weekly for touch bases to make sure I can get honest feedback. I do allow emails with questions that I answer nightly to help.

We have wipes, hand sanitizer and other cleaning products for all members to use.
