How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Every client meets with a coach to discuss what their training goal is. Everyone has their preference of what they like and don’t like. We find a way that works best for the client.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency. Setting days and a time to train will help long term.
What do you love most about your job?
Having clients reach their goals but understand it is attainable.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw how coaches were only doing part time and not continue their education to help clients. I am a full time trainer and want to learn the best ways to help clients surpass their goals.

I write training programs for online clients. I follow up weekly for touch bases to make sure I can get honest feedback. I do allow emails with questions that I answer nightly to help.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have wipes, hand sanitizer and other cleaning products for all members to use.
