Great on time service and prices made my 3 leg transportation a breeze.  Had a u hall  in the back for all the luggage and meet up instructions were perfect. Super clean van and nice people made for a worry free experience.  Booked MIA to Hotel, then next am hotel to cruise ship and then sweep later cruise ship to MIA. 330 trips over 165 days with between 4 and 8 teens as passengers. It went very well. Hanio runs a great company. Drivers were late just a handful of times out of hundreds of pick-ups. All drivers were safe and respectful. Hanio communicates quickly and effectively using Whatsapp. I would hire him again but he is too busy with other clients. No wonder! More...

I am so impressed with Hanio and Carlos and the team at Airport Super Express. Â They exceeded VERY expectation. Â They made traveling with our large party very seamless. Â Carlos arrived on time, very time. Â Our calls we promptly answered and the driver (Carlos) remained in constant contact with me giving up dates during a very complex pick up at port pick up.our peopleWe are a party of 13, (6 kids and 5 adults) with 20 bags total traveling from the San Francisco Bay Area to Miami. When it came to selecting transportation we were at a severe disadvantage being from out of town. I trusted the YELP community to help find the right transport. Â Most calls were not returned or denied due to the large size of the party or it was to cost prohibitive. Our trip included four legs over a 10 day period of time. Â Our trip started at a late pick at the Miami International Airport traveling to the hotel, followed by the next day transport to cruise ship at the port of Miami. Â Seven days later we were picked up and transported to back to the hotel, followed by a return trip, two days later to the airport.ASE arrived with a ford 15 passenger with a trailer that accommodated all our luggage. I recently used Airport Super Express while my family and I were in the Miami area. First and foremost, their website is still relatively new. However, I was able to contact someone in their main office to guide me through the options I wanted to pursue. We arrived an hour earlier than the scheduled pickup time for the shuttle. However, that obstacle DID NOT prove to be a problem for this company! Not only were they professional, they worked around our schedule in order to transport us to our destination expeditiously. Moreover, they were an hour early when it came time to pick us up from our location to transport our family back to the airport. Who does that?! Airport Super Express does that! Due to their expedient service, my family and I were able to avoid the long lines at the airport as others sought ground transportation. The same concept held true for the return trip to the airport as well. I will definitely use this company ANYTIME my travels take me to the Miami area again. More...

We are extremely happy with Airport Super Shuttle and Hanio. Â Schedule our shuttle with Hanio. He immediately contacted me and worked with me to make sure that we got the proper transportation for my family of 8 including 2 children (one child needed a child seat, which they provided). We used the airport super express service to drive us out of the cruse terminal to the airport, but we had time to kill and Nubia, the friendly Airport super express driver offered us a tour of Miami. We had a great time! Had time for lunch at little Havana, waited for us to do some shopping and pictures and got us to the airport on time. Very happy, want to go back to Miami :) More...

We booked a round trip for my family (which was a group of 7) to take us and pick us up from the cruise port in Ft Lauderdale. We were traveling for my daughters quinceañera so we had all our luggage, my daughters big fluffy dress, and 3 tuxedos. They actually got to our house early (which is a huge plus for us) and they were extremely organized and very professional. Their vans are very spacious and clean and very well kept. I had a wonderful experience with this company. We were recently in Miami for a cruise. We flew into Fort Lauderdale airport and needed transportation to Miami hotel. Plus, our group arrived in two batches. The people at this company were great. I was not very good at estimating the necessary time for pick ups but they were flexible and did a great job of meeting our needs. We used the shared shuttle vans. They were very clean and pretty new. We had two different drivers for our three trips. Both drivers were very friendly, informative, & fun. I felt the prices were very competitive as well. This is a family run business and their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident. I highly recommend using this service when you are in the Miami area. More...

Awesome customer service, fast friendly and on time Every Time!I was sent a text the morning of pickup from our hotel with expected time of arrival. Our driver Jose Zuniga was very courteous, friendly and informative, He was very helpful in assisting my 75 yr mother and father on to the shuttle. He explained everything to us on the way to the port of Miami and where and how we would find Him on the day of return. At the port he made sure we had a valet to assist in our luggage etc.On the day of return I received a txt early that morning asking for me to txt when my disembarkation time was and that once I have my luggage in hand to please txt again. Once I did that, I then received a call from Jose and he met our party of 8 at the same place he said he would be! That is Customer Service!!!!! I Highly Recommend Airport Super Express!!!! Booked a cruise for 4 people and did not have a way from Miami Airport to the Port of Miami then to Palms Spa and Resort and finally back to Miami Airport. Â So, I decided to handle everything so that no one has to have any worries.Googled shuttles and found the Airport Super Express shuttle service. Â Called and booked. Â Very easy, convenient, and they sent me directions on what to look for/not to look for with their service. Â A white bus with a smiley face on the front window. Â Once I arrived in Miami I called to let the driver know when we landed. Â Once again when I was on my way to pick up our luggage. Â By the time we got outside (we had 2 smokers) the two were able to light up and then we saw the minivan!Instead of having to get on a bus with other cruise members we had our own transportation after a plane ride, which is nice because we were in coach. Â The driver even stopped because one of the ladies wanted to stop at a store and get some vodka and put it in a water bottle - by the way, this worked getting her booze on the ship!!! Â The driver said sometimes people pour it in Listerine bottles as well! Â After the cruise, I called when we were leaving and voile' he was there when we got out of the disembarkation process. Â Again, the same lady wanted him to stop at a bank in which he did! Â Very nice driver, I think his name was Carlos! Â He was from Columbia and spoke very eloquently. In the morning that we were going back to Miami Airport he texted me with the time he will be picking us up! Â Very nice and convenient - again.The girls were very impressed with my planning. Â Of course this was a little pricey it cost each of us about $40 each, but the convenience and having the driver there waiting for us was totally worth it. When I called this shuttle company and asked for their services, I thought my family and I were going to have a very normal and common city tour in Miami, something that we normally have on holidays because my grandparents like to go around the city and see new things. Then, when that guy called Leo picked us up and we saw the van we were going to be on, we felt excited! We had this shuttle airport company to pick up our son and 3 friends from school for his birthday. Not only did he handle 4 screaming and yelling, hooting and hollering teenagers, but the driver even brought balloons and water bottles for them. Then my husband and I went out. The car was clean. Everything worked like it should. We were given a bottle of champagne. Whatever we wanted to do and wherever we wanted to go, he happily took us. Very cordial, professionally dressed. It was an amazing evening. This was our first time renting and being in a car in Miami. It was the best experience ever. A shuttle service like the one this company provides, it can’t be found in other state! Florida has been the best place where I could fly and have a nice experience from the moment I landed on Miami till the moment I had to return to Spain. Miami is my favorite and necessary destiny to set up my businesses around the world and it would be boring if I could not get a relaxing and responsible tour like the ones this company gives me every time I can hire them. The last time I got their service was last weekend and they took me for first time to those big and fancy shopping centers where the food is delicious and people are different from the rest of the city. The drivers I always have are so nice and polite with me that let feel secure and relaxed while I am having a nice tour in this shining city.
