I have encountered individuals who, despite seemingly having "everything," struggle to find a steady and tranquil daily life while remaining productive. They experience stress, feelings of being lost or stuck, and an overall lack of calmness and confidence in the future. Moreover, I have also worked with individuals who, despite having the luxury of time and financial resources, find it challenging to truly enjoy their lives.
