I contacted Air Studio via Yelp and Angel responded immediately! After speaking to Angel, viewing his website as well as the Houzz website, and meeting Gloria in person, I was convinced Air Studio was the BEST and only company that should stage our dad's townhome. Angel and Gloria are artists in transforming empty space! Within a few days of the first open house, we had multiple offers. Prospective buyers loved the contemporary decor and furniture. Escrow closed 6 weeks later. I am fairly certain this would not have been the case had we used a different stager. Gloria was a rock star in completing the staging in time for our agent's photo shoot of the property. She was a master of details - from setting up the furniture to placing the accessories. Each room was beautiful, comfortable, and inviting. If you are wondering if it is "worth it" to use a professional stager, I would emphatically say YES! Unless you have the time, the skills, and very nice "spare" furniture and accessories, it is worth every penny. Please trust me when I say It pays for itself. I worked with Angel and his team to stage my home since we were listing it to sell. Not only were they responsive in answering all my questions but they came quickly to take a look at our home inside and out, told us what could stay and what couldn't and gave us a quote quickly and a schedule of when they could stage for us. Within a week we had staging done and were able to get our pics done for our listing. During our open house we had a high rate of people show up which is not common anymore. We had people show up multiple times and days, and got so many compliments on how hood our house looked. We sold in less than a week of it being listed on the market, $50k above asking. All this was possibly because Air Studio showed up with a plan to help prepare our home for the greatest value we could get.
