What do you love most about your job?
The relief when a client can access compassion for themself. It's a cool moment when they acknowledge that maybe they make sense and some of that pressure to be perfect eases off.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to work around my time with my kids and control my schedule.
Why should our clients choose you?
I don't believe that they need another voice telling them what to do. I want to help them access their own voice and wisdom. I'm happy to pass on information and resources, but the most powerful work we do together is the process of rediscovering who they are and what they need and want.

Yes, I can provide services via Zoom. I prefer in-person (at my home), but understand that is limiting and not a priority for some.
Parent Coaching
I help parents
1) determine the values most important to them in regards to their relationship with their kids,
2) understand scientific theories that give clarity on their role and impact on their children,
3) implement strategies for managing difficult behavior and holding limits without undermining the relationship,
4) develop an awareness of their own “internal world”, and
5) become “coaches” for their children by teaching and modeling emotional fluency.

I help individuals
1) gain an awareness of their beliefs, thoughts, fears, emotions and needs, 2) make difficult decisions, 3) communicate assertively and authentically, 3) connect more deeply and authentically with others 4) feel more confident and empowered in their lives.
