I called AGA Construction to schedule a free consultation for a Room Addition. The representative that scheduled the appointment was very knowledgeable and ask many questions and even offer us a design. The day after we met with the company representative which seemed very professional and not pushy. He sent us a detailed estimate via email (which was not the highest yet not the lowest). Out of four estimates we had, we chose to work with AGA Construction because of their professionalism, great communication and availability. We reached out to AGA and instantly fell in love with our project manager Guy. He came and gave us a quote and he went over every single one of our questions as thoroughly as possible. From that first meeting, we instantly knew that AGA was who we had to go with, we have never encountered another construction company that is so professional. Once we got the ball rolling on the remodel, everything went exactly as Guy told us it would. He was extremely professional the entire time and always a phone call away if we ever had a question. We worked with AGA Construction on a partial home remodel (including kitchen, bathroom, and other areas). As first-time homebuyers, this was also our first renovation work! I made a call to AGA based on a friend's recommendation, and they quickly arranged for one of their project managers to meet me at the house and discuss our ideas. I'm so glad they sent Guy! From our first meeting, I had confidence that AGA could handle our projects (big and small). As the project manager, Guy helped us define the scope the project and was ALWAYS accessible and responsive. Guy was onsite most days and texted me photo updates to keep me informed. The electrician, plumber, tile specialist, paving/hardscaping, and other workers he brought in did an excellent job. They worked quickly and well, and always left the job site tidy.Guy at AGA is a master of managing the schedule--and the client! I really appreciate how well he communicated with me about decisions that needed to be made (and by when). If you've done remodels/renovations before, you know how many decisions and purchases there are to make, and it can get overwhelming. Having Guy as our PM meant that the work progressed very smoothly (and especially it meant that my indecision did not delay the work either). Finally, I always felt that Guy had our best interests in mind. When surprises popped up (as they tend to do when you open a wall!), Guy was great about presenting us options (and how much they would cost) so we could make a decision. The bulk of our initial project was done on a tight timeline, and the AGA team completed it on time for us to move in to our new house when our lease was up. We ended up adding a few additional smaller projects on the end because we were so pleased with AGA's work. The AGA main office was also responsive in answering questions about invoices and other matters (thanks, Tami!).Regardless of the size of your project, I'd recommend giving AGA a call (ask for Guy)! I used AGA Construction to remodel my guest bathroom, and would highly recommend them to others. I ended up going with them because they were the most punctual, professional, and organized throughout the consultation & estimate process, and I liked that they were a combined design-build firm, so the project manager would see the whole project through from start to finish. Plus, their estimate was in line with others, and they came highly recommended by a co-worker who'd recently worked with them.I'd intended to do the remodel in June ,2019 but then had to push the timeline to December 2019 which they were able to accommodate without an issue. Other things I appreciated were that: the team cleaned up the work area at the end of each day, so I never walked into a mess after work. As for the project outcome: the bathroom used to have a tiny (32x32") shower, ugly beige tile that was difficult to clean, and an even uglier glass block window. They were hired to remodel someone’s unit in my building . Their plumber broke a pipe and they had to break my wall to fix it. They came back 3 times. I guess third time is a charm. It’s been going on for almost 3 months.. a house could have been built by then.Today I have no hot water in my shower only and it’s probably due to them. I called this company about 6pm and the girl said they’re closed. I asked do you have a number to reach them in an emergency and her reply was no. This is the most unprofessional, non knowledgeable and slow company to finish any job. The poor man who hired them is at his wits end.If their price is good it’s because their work is lousy More...

I hired AGA Construction to redo my bathroom and they exceeded all my expectations. This is my first remodel, so when I called in and spoke to Tami, I think I may have bombarded her with questions (sorry Tami), but she was patient and answered all of my questions! She set up an appointment for me to get a free estimate the next day, and when I met with Simon, I knew I was going to hire them. He actually took the time to listen to my ideas and wants and told me what could and could not be done. He provided me with paint, countertop and vanity samples and helped me pick out the best ones. Manny made this process easy and exciting! After my initial call, I got an appt within a week for a quote! He was very knowledgeable and AGA CONSTRUCTION quoted me a VERY fair estimate! The crew was punctual, polite, and respectful. I also spoke with Tami many times and she was very friendly and answered all my questions right away! Before I found this gem I spoke with a few other places and they all estimated somewhere between 8 to 10 weeks for the job. Manny and his crew were done in a little over 4 weeks!!! Woohoo! My wife and I decided it was time to expand our home and add a bedroom and bathroom. This is our first time doing such a large project, and after much careful research we narrowed it down to 3 construction companies. The reason we decided to choose AGA Construction was because their price was fair, they were patient and met with us many times and they seemed the most knowledgeable. Simon was our project manager, and he walked us through every step of the way, starting from the plans all the way to picking out the finish materials. He was very patient with us and gave us a lot of insider tips which really helped us out! The office staff is always available to answer your calls and questions promptly. We were always informed of the schedule for the upcoming week, and if there were any changes they made it a point to inform us beforehand. The work itself came out beautiful! The workers did such a great job, you can tell they really knew what they were doing. All inspections were passed with no issues and our house was left clean at the end of each day. To be honest, we were terrified going into this project, because we have friends who did construction on their homes and they shared their horror stories with us, but AGA really made this process smooth, painless and even somewhat enjoyable! I interviewed several construction companies and chose to hire AGA Construction for a major house remodel and could not be happier with my decision. I had my kitchen completely remodeled, added a new bathroom in the back, had my master bathroom remodeled, painted the house and had hardwood floors installed throughout. AGA showed professionalism throughout all aspects of their performance and took great care of the project, from start to finish.
