I just switched property management companies for my rental property in Riverside, Ca. The previous company professed to be a one-stop shop, but it was always a hassle to get things done - from paying the mortgage to statements to tax reporting. I have a partner in this property and the other company told me it was necessary for them to send me a check each month and have me send it back in order for the tax records to be printed right. All these headaches are gone with FCPM and at a lower price. Shari is dilligent to follow up on all the daily details and has taken away the stress of being a landlord. I have found Shari, Lisa, and all the staff at First Choice Property Management to be straight forward, up with the times and ready with any extra information I might need. After managing my own properties for several years, these are the only managers I trust in Riverside CA. I have worked with several other property managers in the area and have found FCPM to be the best.
