Planning a wedding from out of town can make working with vendors tricky, but these guys were awesome. Booking was easy, and they answered any questions that we may have had. The driver on the day of the wedding was amazing! We rented a 28 passenger party bus from Affordable Limousine for a 21st Birthday/Buffalo Bills Game and our experience was nothing short of INCREDIBLE! !! It’s a locally family owned business that takes pride in their customers. Our driver, Fred was by the far the best chaperone we have ever encountered. His punctionality and expertise made our time trip to and from New Era Field scintillating. Fred provided ice, plastic cups (since glass is forbidden in New Era Field) and a affable environment for our 28 guests. We booked a 28-passenger bus for our rehearsal & rehearsal dinner day on Friday and a 28-passenger and 20-24 passenger for our wedding day on Saturday. From the very beginning of the process, I knew this company was different. First, Kristy in the office is amazing. She is friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. Second, the drivers were amazing. We had Steve and Andy. Steve felt like my honorary uncle on my wedding day. He took such great care of me (the bride) and my groom, bridal party and family members. Both drivers were responsive by phone and text. We used the limo to visit photo locations and then he and Andy picked up our guests at two downtown hotels. Everyone made it to and from the ceremony & reception and back to the hotels safely and on-time. The bus was clean, comfortable and the Bluetooth audio allowed for some very fun party playlists. The limo service was probably my FAVORITE part of the wedding because our driver, Mike, was literally AMAZING! We had our wedding 8/18 and stayed in downtown Buffalo but our venue was 25 minutes away. There was a lot of construction and he navigated us perfectly to still be on time for the wedding, and then proceeded to do pick-ups during/after the reception. I was a hot mess of emotions waiting on the bus for the ceremony - we had an outdoor venue so I had to basically hide in and behind the bus, and he was giving me a pep talk and boosting my confidence a ton! When all my bridesmaids left to walk he even fixed my veil for me. I couldn't be happier with this service! We used Affordable Limousine for our wedding on June 3rd, and they were fantastic. We chose them primarily because they were the most affordable service in the area, and easy to work with. Our primary goal for the evening was to have a shuttle service for our guests between our hotel block and our venue, so people didn't have to worry about driving home, and to provide easy transportation for our out of town guests. We also got a limo for the wedding party to go and take photos. Both drivers were excellent and on time, easy to work with. We coordinated everything through Kristie, who was fantastic on the phone. I had used Affordable Limo for my wedding on August 5th and I could not be happier with the service. I wish I remembered the drivers name. He went above and beyond multiple times to ensure our wedding day went smoothly. He not only arrived to pick up locations early, but he was patient and nice. He knew I was nervous and he was making small talk and even cracking some jokes. It was unfortunately raining that day but he was always there with an umbrella if we needed it, AND he held the doors open to the church for my enterence to the wedding ceremony. Affordable Limo made our wedding day run so smoothly. I cannot remember the name of our driver but he went above and beyond to ensure the day was perfect. I worked with Christy and she was great to work with. They were very responsive and accommodating. I found them through a bridal show and they had a deal going for a free half hour. We got a 20-24 passenger limo bus however we only had about 17 people on the bus and we were at MAX capacity. It was a good thing we had some people drop out of the limo or there wouldn't have been any room. So, my only complaint was that the bus was small. Other then that, our driver was cool and they had a "just married" sign on the back of the bus which I thought was cute! More...
