My husband's life was recently saved by an attending cardiologist at Temecula Valley Hospital. Having recently moved to Temecula from AZ, we knew no doctors, hospitals, etc. Because of the amazing work that the doctor did, I wanted to get some flowers for her and her office staff. I went to a local grocery store and found a beautiful bouquet that I thought fit the  celebratory occasion. I delivered them personally, however, when I went to her office the very next day, the flowers were already dying. I found Steve at A Family Tree Florist and he created an arrangement that still brings joy to my heart! It was gorgeous, the delivery was free, and he promised that the bouquet would last 7-10 days. I have ordered on 1-800-Flowers before, but you never know what the receiving end will get. Could be like the picture or it could be a shoddy arrangement because of lack of this or that. To have a local florists who cares enough to send a picture of the end result before they deliver is a true gift! Steve was helpful in our initial phone call and followed up in order to make sure I was satisfied. Well, I was thrilled with his professionalism, artistry and the gorgeous flower arrangement! We now have a hospital, a brilliant cardiologist and an incredible florist that we will use for any and every occasion that we need fresh, long-lasting, beautiful flowers! I am impressed with the attention to detail and the excellent follow-up of Maria and Steve. The first arrangement I sent was a disappointment; I asked for tulips and the color of the arrangement was right, but they weren't tulips. Maria let me know that they had called three times and left messages. She was right--she and her husband had called my home phone but I was out of town. I believe that excellent service doesn't always mean getting everything right the first time. How people handle missteps is very important to me and communication is extremely important. This was such a fortunate find for me!I was out in Murrieta for a quick birthday stop and needed flowers on my way to San Diego and found this amazing florist completely by chance. The gentleman owner reviewed some options with me since I truly didnt know what to get and for some reason my kid jumped into his arms like an old friend. He was awesome from there showing him around the shop, talking like they knew each other for a long time. ***Updating my review because although I did not appreciate the things mentioned below- my Mother loved her flowers and chocolates so she saved ya from a permanent 2-star review. ...The owner called me twice with the SAME excuse... he said they didn't have the flowers advertised on their website and when I let him know he had plenty of time to go pick them up before the delivery date, he refused and told me that those flowers were too expensive and he only picks up flowers once a week. Excuse me? I'm paying you $70 for one bouquet and you're going to complain to me, YOUR CUSTOMER, that the flowers are too expensive?! What kind of business is this? He is in fact false advertising!.... SECONDLY- he only picks up flowers once a week- seriously?! That means the flowers my mother is receiving is coming to her 5 DAYS OLD ALREADY I'm all for supporting small business but this guy is an AMATEUR and I will never buy from him again. We used A Family Tree Florist for our wedding at the end of Sept 2018. I forgot the woman's name, but we made an appointment with her to go over the bouquet, boutonnieres, flower girl petals, and more. My wife gave her a general idea of what she wanted and showed her a few pictures. She was very knowledgeable and made picking the flowers a breeze. She also worked with our budget. We told her elegant yet simple and that is exactly what we got! The flowers were so gorgeous and delivered right to the bridal suite. Marie and Steve are the nicest people, they arrange beautiful flowers and have always got them to my wife in a timely manner. they always answer the phone, always make sure to let you know what's going on. I am so happy to have found a florist I can count on all the time and to not be taken advantage of price wise. Very affordable and all around great experience every time I order from them. Hello world and all who will take the time to read this review. I am new to temecula and was looking for a good flower delivery company. After doing much research I discovered these guys here in Temecula. My wife finished here first year as an educator in the Temecula School District so I ordered her flowers from here. They were delivered on time, on the right date and right to her door I couldn't have asked for more. At first when she brought the flowers home I was disappointed. I was picturing them ti be in bloom and fresh. I took to the comments section in the review page of their website and expressed my frustration. To my surprise the owner of the company reached out to me multiple times in an effort to make things right. Many companies and organizations never do this. I was so taken back by the owners passion as he spoke about his business and wanting every customer to be 100% satisfied. He took the time to call and email me and discuss my concerns and how he could make things right. I could tell from our talk that he took a lot of pride in what his company did and the high quality products of which they stand for. I am so grateful to the owners of A Family Tree Florist for sending my parents exactly what I was looking for, beautiful pink roses for their anniversary. Living in Indiana, I was limited to knowing where to turn for a great florist in Temecula, California...after only talking for a few minutes to owner Marie, I knew she would take good care of my order and she did. I ordered a birthday bouquet for my mom, not realizing that she was out of town for a few days. The florist called her when she wasn't home to receive her delivery and then called me to let me know. They very kindly kept her flowers in their cooler and replaced them as needed and then delivered a beautiful arrangement to her when she returned.
