Caitlin is AMAZING. I went in for eyelash training and she is definitely one of the best and elite trainers within her industry. She is not only knowledgeable in every aspect from products to techniques, but she has caring ability to share it too! She answered all my questions and ensured I left feeling confident with the ability to execute the tasks at hand properly.  I think its great that when you become a student they give you the option to provide services at their location for assistance, an overview, support, or to just drop in for more training. I always stop in to shop at Asthetic Pro Supply in Dublin when I am in the Bay Area. I took the lash extension course from Caitlyn, and it was really good. I received good quality supplies in my kit, and was even able to customize it by choosing which glue and tweezers I liked the best. I plan on taking more classes from Caitlyn in the future. I just left this store probably about 15 mins ago and I am so happy I drove the hour out to visit this store to get some emergency lash glue for the weekend. I called and Caitlin answered the phone and gave me directions to the shop. You'll arrive in an industrial area but walking in the shop it was such a beautiful set up. Very neat and organized. Caitlin was so helpful she was telling me how she's been doing this for 14 years and how much she loves it and some information about the industry itself. She was giving me great tips for eyelash extensions and really made this experience great and worth it. She also mentioned some workshops in the works for tanning and lash extensions which I'm very interested in. We ended the conversation with a thanks and she also gave me her card and told me to reach out anytime if I need anything or have questions which I very much appreciated. This is my go-to store for lash and skincare supplies! It's the only place in the area that actually carries the items I need at a great price. Wonderful place. Great selection of products. Staff is beyond helpful. They carry Lira Clinical and Jensen. Both are great brands, and staff know both really well. Also carry cirepil wax and wax tools. Caitlin and Britney make you feel like you're the only person in the world and genuinely want to make sure you're happy and get what you need. I came into this store for the first time ever.... a friend of mine (Aaliyah) recommended this store for me to buy my supplies for lash extensions a while back finally decided to give it whirl and I LOVED it! !!! I think her name was Katelyn she was incredible... so sweet, very professional and very knowledgeable. She definitely has amazing customer service and I was treated so kindly.. her customer service alone would bring me back , yes they have a wonderful selection of variety of things here but nothing beats being treated like you matter. I have been coming to A PRO for four years now and Caitlin has always been  SO good to me.she is so gracious and I'm SO thankful for her . I would not go anywhere else for my products. Not only is she knowledgeable of every product and recommending what you need she is genuinely a sweet heart! She offers lash extension classes, and has recommended classes for me to take with skin care. She has had extensive skin care  training in Germany among other places. Amazing products and customer service. I live in Oakland and work long hours out in West Berkeley so it's hard for me to make it over to their shop in Dublin so I typically call to have products sent to my home address. I have been ordering from Aesthetics Pro Supplies for nearly 3 years and only once did I have a problem receiving a product in the mail so Megan personally delivered the product to my work that same day! You can tell this business really values its customers, which is so refreshing. Also BIG shout out to Amy and Caitlin for consistently providing me exceptional service over the phone. The girls are always so patient, helpful and are always willing to answer any questions I have about choosing new products. I've never felt rushed and they always sound happy to talk to me over the phone. And I always receive my packages very promptly, usually within 24-48 hours.
